Then drew my blood which seemed to go fine but the office staff called me to say the blood drawn was done improperly or something and they couldn't get the results needed, so I had to go elsewhere. I had to pay a copay, and I asked if they would just do the test again or refund me for the cost. They refused to redo the test, or help me in anyway, and the lady over the phone literally argued with me and hung up on me. A waste of time, money, and PTO used to get off work for them to do everything wrong. Do NOT go here.

High staff turnover; I've been assigned to 3 different "new hires" in 5 years. They ask personal…read moremedical history in a hall with others just feet away, they don't seem to understand CDC recommendations for flu vaccines during pregnancy (told me I couldn't get one until my pregnancy was further along) and don't understand the CDC recommendations for certain and how co-morbidities for COVID still keep you at high risk despite having a covid vaccine. They tell you that, because your latest "new hire" provider hasn't seen you more than twice, and even though one of the visits was a physical, they cannot certify that you have those co-morbidities for your employer accommodations -- even if those morbidity are already clearly your listed in your chart. AND they diagnose you with a condition you don't have, based solely on a medication you take, which treats more things than the primary use of that medication, and won't correct the records to remove the misdiagnosis. You can't get an annual physical until you do a separate exam, and those aren't covered 100% by healthcare. They ordered a series of expensive and unnecessary tests for my husband without his knowledge or consent when he went for a routine annual exam. The only reason I still go here is because Medstar is worse, and there is other option in SoMD that is less crappy.

My family and I have been going to him for 15 years with not a single complaint. I have referred friends to him who have also been with him for a very long time and have had not issues. He is a very nice man who has been very helpful to me while I am dealing with a both of my parents who are elderly and sick. I would assume that you would complain about any doctor that doesn't let you treat yourself. Just because you want an anti-biotic, doesn't mean you're actually in need of one. If you were really that sick with bronchitis, you wouldn't have been able to wait two more weeks before going back to him. If you were really that sick, you should have gone to another office for urgent care or an ER. If your cousin could hardly breathe or walk, you should have called an ambulance!

Going into this Docs office the first time with a 30 min wait made me irritable BUT waiting for over a hour and 20 made me want to spit fire! Military family referred out by Tricare Prime made me come straight home and change docs based on not being valued of my time and time alone! My suggestion is, if you have teenage daughters is taking them to a local gynecologist instead of to family practice. It will save you questions and skip steps that come with going to a female doctor in the first place. Now I know better . . . .

During the exam, I was asked "higher thinking questions" such as "count backwards from 100 using factors of 3" and "if you are on the 5th floor of a building and smell fire, what do you do?". I was shocked by these questions because, I am in college and I would think I got there by using my higher thinking. After the physical was over, I asked my friends if they were asked questions like this. They replied no. I am black and they are white. They were really shocked. Microaggressions are something they excel at.

My 6 year old granddaughter was sent home from school with a 101.3 temperature, the next day my…read moredaughter to her to Breton Medical around noon. At 8:00 my daughter and son in law had to take her to the er. Poor thing had the flu. Breton Medical said that my granddaughter had a double ear infection and the doctor or nurse practitioner NEVER tested her for the flu! The er doctor looked in to my poor baby's ears and there was NO fluid in there. Stay away from this practice they are horrible.
