Kathryn is ABLE!! She brings music, a table, blankets, and bolsters for under knee or under the neck. She is really incredible and strong. I needed a very deep tissue massage because of the tension and spasms in my back. Kathryn was able to reach into all of the spasms and or knots in my upper and mid-back. She was able to release all the tension and pain that was there. I was completely relaxed and much more flexible after she was done. Most people choose to have massages just to relax. I needed and received a massage that was good for my health because of her ability to get my blood flowing. Particularly in my legs and feet that are generally very cold. I had one of the best massages of my life. It is very clear that Kathryn is very well trained, extremely professional, highly competent and an honest and fair and fun person. My massage was 90 minutes long and well worth what I paid. Run don't walk for an appointment! You will be thrilled with the results!

She does not just go through a standard massage routine like if you went and paid $60 at a spa, she customizes each massage to your needs and health. I have had back problems for years from a bad snowboarding accident that left me with a stress fracture in my L4 vertebrae. As part of my recovery, I started seeing Tara. Because of that- I recommend Tara whether you are just looking to relax and lose some tension, or you have an injury that needs some work. He pressured us to buy more.... and then the next month he moved to LA. He promised he would be back to still provide service. After scheduling more massages, he continued to cancel 6 times on me! Usually he cancelled the day of the massage. He then would ignore and ghost for long periods of time. After months of aggravation and being disrespected, I asked for a refund. It then took him months to refund my money... while also being ignored for long periods. He came up with every excuse possible. He still is not living in san diego and even if he was, I would recommend not bothering with his service. Unless you want to be continuously cancelled on, ignored, and disrespected. He does not know how to run a business and the way he treated us was quite appalling. And for sure, do not buy any packages from him. Nothing is worse than someone who has no respect for your time or money. Or you can throw your money into a blackhole like I did and deal with frustration for 6 months. Update- as the owner responded, I will update this soon with additional details and specifics which completely contradict anything he responded with. It is a shame business owners dont value feedback to make improvements and simply discredit clients providing their truth.
