When making an initial appointment, keep in mind that it may take longer than a usual appointment because they'll need to take x-rays and go over your dental history. When walking in, I'm always greeted by Girlie or another staff member. They still follow covid protocols such as taking my oxygen levels and temperatures and signing a paper. Also, the waiting area is nicely set up with seating available if you need to wait a couple of minutes. When it is time to go to the back and see Dr. Donesa, Girlie will guide you back and have you step on a sanitizing mat to clean the bottom of your shoes (which I really appreciate because it adds to the cleanliness of the practice). When Dr. Donesa checks my teeth, he is always careful and informs me if there are any areas that I'll need to work on and pay more attention to.
