We actually found a very good Dental office first about 7 years ago and he was reassured and very comfortable. But of course my insurance changed who was authorized to treat ppl on that insurance and then the dr left so we had to start all over. I though OH NO HERE WE GO AGAIN!!! HOWEVER what luck we had because This office is AWESOME. From our first contact with the front desk on thr phone to meeting the staff and the doctors when we arrived. They allowed me to go back with my son because I had explained the anxiety and fear he was already experiencing. Every single staff member has been very accomodating to his needs and feelings. They have a few different locations. We live over on the other side of the bay so with traffic, travel time can be crazy. But even if that's the case it's well worth it. I recommend them and i hooe you have the same A++ experience Thank you so much to everyone there!!

I had my first visit and cleaning here, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience…read more I was pretty anxious going into the appointment, but ritchell the dental assistant, and her colleagues immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. They were kind, patient, reassuring, and never made me feel embarrassed about being nervous. Ritchell especially did an amazing job of making sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning and explaining things along the way. The entire team created such a friendly and welcoming environment that my anxiety quickly started to ease. It's not often that someone can make a first dental visit feel this comfortable, but they truly did. I'm very grateful for the care and kindness I received. for the care team -- but PATIENT BEWARE when it comes to treatment decisions. I want to make it very clear that I stand by my previous review of the dental assistants and care team. During my cleaning, especially as someone who was anxious about being at the dentist, the staff was kind, welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about the team that provided my cleaning and initial care. However, what happened at my follow-up appointment for my wisdom tooth extractions was extremely disappointing. PATIENT BEWARE. I had already scheduled my wisdom tooth extraction appointment as a follow-up to my cleaning because my wisdom teeth are causing me significant pain. I showed up expecting to have the treatment I had scheduled. Instead, I was told that the extractions would not be performed unless I agreed to bone grafting. My insurance did not cover the bone grafting, and the office requested $1,900 CASH for two bone grafts, with no tax, because the procedure was not covered by my insurance. I was not comfortable paying thousands of dollars out of pocket for an additional procedure that I did not believe was necessary. When I declined the bone grafting, my wisdom teeth were not extracted, despite the fact that this was the appointment I had specifically scheduled for the extractions and I am experiencing significant pain. I was also concerned that Dr. Bhogal would not proceed with treatment without personally examining my teeth, and I left feeling that I was being denied the extraction I had scheduled because I would not agree to pay the additional out-of-pocket cost for bone grafting. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating. I went through the initial cleaning, scheduled the follow-up specifically to have my painful wisdom teeth removed, and then arrived for that appointment only to be told the extractions would not happen unless I agreed to pay $1,900 cash for two bone grafts. I want to emphasize again: THIS IS NOT A REFLECTION OF THE DENTAL ASSISTANTS OR THE CARE TEAM. I stand by my previous review and the positive things I said about them. They were welcoming, compassionate, and made me feel comfortable despite my dental anxiety. My concerns are specifically about how my scheduled extraction appointment and the requirement for additional out-of-pocket bone grafting were handled. PATIENT BEWARE. If you are told you need an additional procedure that insurance will not cover and are asked to pay a significant amount out of pocket, ask questions, request a clear explanation of why it is necessary, and consider getting a second opinion before agreeing to anything. I came in expecting treatment for painful wisdom teeth. I left without the extractions I had scheduled and extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled.
