I wasn't able to eat for days and my last dental clinic who took care of my teeth closed down their business without any warning and abandoned all of their clients. Someone on the Nextdoor app recommended "Soft touch dental" I called them right away and got an appointment in just two days. The staff there was able to take my insurance and help me with my teeth. They did same day repairs! The staff and dental assistants, dentists were so welcoming. I will for sure will be getting all my dental needs done here from now on! Stay away from this dental care, worst customer service and treatments. Had been there frequently couple of years ago and had a bad experience with putting the crown on my filling couple of times and had to rush up to another good dentist to fix it. This place is horrible.. AVOid IT PLEASE!!! I got a root canal done at this place. It never felt comfortable. I thought it will get better. It was good for a few weeks.. and then I started having issues. I could never eat with that side anyways.. and I was ok with that but now it got to a point that I can't drink anything cold, room temperature or hot. My teeth are so sensitive that I can't eat or drink anything. I contacted them.. they referred me to NorCal Endodontics.. an office a few doors next to their office. I called that place the entire last week.. left several messages. I even stopped by last Wednesday to see if I can make an in person appointment.. nobody was there. Today finally I got a hold of them.. they r giving me an appointment next month. I am done. I can't take it.. let alone waiting until next month. Update: got my refund eventually. It took too much time and energy to deal with it, so happy it's finally over.

I really liked it for the first few time visits but then it became my nightmare. I did root canal and installed an all ceramic crown here. It is quite expensive and I was charged for $1200. I went to there a few times because the first crown failed to fill in and they have to send it back to the lab. The second crown didn't fit perfectly as well so they spent a lot of time to shape it. The dentist said all ceramic crown is very good quality and should be able to last a few years. The crown was completed this August and it cracked in 3 months when I was brushing my teeth one night! I moved out from California so I visited my new dentist. And I was told I have to get a new crown. I requested them to send me the X-ray after my root canal and they didn't respond. At the very beginning they said they can issue a refund because it cracked in four months. But now they said they won't refund. Just be aware of it. read more

Place is always clean, staff is always responsive, and I always enjoy my conversations with Dr. Sandhu as she GENTLY works on my teeth. Every visit with her has been pleasant, and today is the third time I've seen her this year. Within the past year, I've had to schedule last minute appointments for a chipped molar and what I thought was a cavity (thank goodness it was only a coffee stain... =x I know). But with every appointment, my visits consistently have a prompt start and I leave feeling happy about the health of my teeth. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist! I am glad that I received Dr. Kaur's flyer in the mail. I called and set up a next day appointment. She just started her own practice about 2 months. The office is at a great location very easy parking. Just a little tricky to find. The parking is behind Decoto Rd. Turn into Royal Ann Dr and park behind the building on your left. My visits to Soft Touch Dental practice headed by Dr. Kaur is by far the best dental experiences I've had. The place has brand spanking new equipment, including patient seating and lighting. The lighting is easy on the eyes which is good as you are reclined back in the chair during your cleaning etc. Wait times are very short and as you are being prepped there is an assortment of netflix movies / shows or music to listen to. I went in for a cleaning and inspection. I needed 2 fillings on my right side. Dr. Kaur quickly took the X-rays sat down with me and reviewed with a cool visual software tool what areas needed cleaning due to tartar build-up and where the cavities were. She does not try to do too much and pile on the work needed on your teeth. I had a piece of an old wisdom tooth extraction from my teenage days still inside the gum area. if it doesn't bother me all this time why fix it? Dr. Kaur will recommend monitoring it and if it starts to bother me we can revisit it. Cleaning was swift and the initial consultation, xrays plus cleaning was over in 40mins. I came back for the fillings on my right side. They don't overdo it with the anesthetic but use enough that there is little pain during the filling process. An hour after finishing the fillings feeling had returned to my gums. The filling process was quick painless and professionally done. No problems with insurance (they take delta dental) and I look forward to going back in 6 months for my next cleaning. read more

I have liked Dr. Sandhu's work, but the organization of the scheduling and efficiency of the office is sub-par. My wisdom teeth extraction surgery was cancelled 5 days before it was supposed to be done in February of 2017, after I had already gone though a lot of trouble to make sure I had coverage for my time off of work. Then, I went in for my regular scheduled cleaning appointment in August of 2017, and they waited to call my insurance about benefits until I was sitting in the waiting room. They then told me that I had met my maximum with insurance because of getting my wisdom teeth removed (I went elsewhere for that surgery) and that I would have to pay out of pocket. I can't afford that, so I rescheduled my appointment for January 2018, when the benefit period restarts. I just called (1/12/18 at 10:29am) to confirm the appointment time, and they said they have no record of an appointment for me, and that all they could see was that I did not show up for my appointment in August. Which is BS because I definitely showed up, they just didn't do their job before I was there to ensure my insurance would be able to be billed. I am definitely going to be finding a new dentist, and I would NOT recommend anyone to come here. read more

Dr. Kaur is the best dentist I have ever had. I have to have all of my dental work without anesthetics due to an allergy. Dr. Kaur is s very skilled doctor. I have had 6 cavities filled by her (without medicine) and none of my fillings were painful, at all. She even recommended an alternative to the standard medicine when I got my crown. Her recommendations on how I could improve my oral health have really worked. I have whiter teeth and less cavities now. The automatic tooth brush and prescribed toothpaste have been a real life saver (and she has them in stock and ready for sale!) This dental office is very disrespectful to its patients. Nor does Soft Touch Dental respect its patients time. I strongly believe they don't even care about how much pain their patients have been in. I Came into the office about 4months algo for a pain in a tooth. They said they would contact my previous dentist(they never did) and scheduled me for a future visit. The day before my visit they call and say they don't have any record from my previous dentist which they said they would get. They canceled my appointment and offered to refer me to a specialist? I hope they realize that I've been in pain for the last few months and if I had known this I would have gone to someone else who is much more respectful about handling their patients issues. I do not recommend this dental office, save your self the head ache or should I say the tooth pain and go to someone who genuinely cares about your pain. They were a huge waste of my time. read more

I came to see Dr. Kaur for teeth cleaning. I have horrible horrible horrible teeth so I need about 4 to 5 cleanings a year. Dr. Kaur was able to find a cavity and was also pretty gentle when she filled my cavity. Her price point was pretty reasonable consider that I have been to other places to fill my teeth. She is very careful and the most careful I have found in comparison to my other reviews. I really did like her and her staff. She also has a very cool X ray machine that spins around you and you can see all your teeth. Cleanings out of pocket without insurance are $100. Not bad. I really enjoyed her, and her teeth cleaning tips. She did not push to sell me tons of products and just gave me good advice on flossing more and brushing more. I think that is the hard part for everyone. Will be back to see her again. Really liked her. read more

This is not a review for the dentist, ONLY the front desk staff. I actually found the dentist to be great! Filling was put in excellently. The dental front desk staff was rude and incompetent. A note to the dentist, your front desk staff reflects the practice. I was harassed about my insurance information. They emailed me multiple times, I called them, my husband called them, etc. They told me that because I had a Saturday appointment that they needed to look it up. When I can on Saturday, I found this to be a complete lie they had in fact not looked anything up. They had just wasted my time. In addition, the lady was rude and snappy. She, then, asked me in front of other patrons if I could afford the copay. Really unprofessional. I felt like I was treated like an money making machine instead of a person. They charged me about $250 (total cost, not my copay) for one filling, which is not cheap. You would have thought if I was paying such prices, that I would have at least been treated well. read more

Had some issues with insurance and costs that dragged on for months, and last time I went back she almost filled the wrong tooth until I corrected her. They're nice but I'm not sure I'll go back. Haven't been to the dentist in quite some time and was really nervous about (1) being judged (2) being reprimanded and (3) being in pain. None of those things happened. From the receptionist, to the assistant (Silvia), to Dr. Kaur, everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. Got a consultation and cleaning, two cavities filled and a deep cleaning, all in less than a week. They were prompt to start at the appointment time and finish when they said we would be done. They were thoughtful in making sure I was okay and comfortable. There was maybe one or two moments when I felt pain but it was minimal. This place makes you WANT to floss every day, joyfully. read more
