I've been seeing Dr. Donesa for almost 2 years now, and he and his team always provide the best…read morecare for their patients and have always shown great customer service. The reason why I've chosen Dr. Donesa as my primary dentist is that I've seen great reviews, and my insurance was accepted at their practice. When making an initial appointment, keep in mind that it may take longer than a usual appointment because they'll need to take x-rays and go over your dental history. When walking in, I'm always greeted by Girlie or another staff member. They still follow covid protocols such as taking my oxygen levels and temperatures and signing a paper. Also, the waiting area is nicely set up with seating available if you need to wait a couple of minutes. When it is time to go to the back and see Dr. Donesa, Girlie will guide you back and have you step on a sanitizing mat to clean the bottom of your shoes (which I really appreciate because it adds to the cleanliness of the practice). When Dr. Donesa checks my teeth, he is always careful and informs me if there are any areas that I'll need to work on and pay more attention to. Granted, he's the first dentist that actually told me how to effectively brush my teeth to prevent cavities. And when the appointment is done, Girlie always hands me a toothbrush and toothpaste :)

I was searching for a 2nd opinion on my dental treatment plan and emailed Fremont Hub Dentistry…read more Christina contacted me next day and went over my concerns and she scheduled me on the same day. The office is all digitized, state of the art CT Scan, cameras for the mouth and on top off that Dr. Prakash spent an hour on my concerns, suggested step-by-step treatment plan and shared tips for home care. This place is awesome, clean, vibrant, great friendly staff and ready to help. If your dentist has not invested in the latest scanning equipment for early detection and prevention - you will be paying a lot more in dental expenses later. Time to ditch your old fashioned dentists with archaic x-ray machines and switch to the latest advanced dental offices with CT scan so you can stay ahead of your dental care. I would highly recommend Fremont Hub Dentistry.

** Stay away if possible **…read more We recently switched to Fremont Hub Dentistry due to an insurance change, but the experience has been incredibly frustrating. Initially, I couldn't even get an appointment until later my crown fell off. During that first hour-long visit, the hygienist and dentist performed a comprehensive check-up, took multiple X-rays, and recommended I see an endodontist ASAP to redo the root canal on the affected tooth. I completed the treatment with the endodontist shortly after. Both the endodontist and Dr. Prakash (from Fremont Hub Dentistry) had stressed the urgency of getting a new crown placed immediately to protect the redone root canal. Despite this, Fremont Hub Dentistry scheduled my follow-up 3-4 weeks out. Then, they canceled at the last minute because the Dr Prakash was "out of town." Now, they are telling me I have to wait another 1.5 months (until late September) for a "new patient" appointment. They are doing this because they labeled my initial visit a "consultation" due to the fallen crown, even though they explicitly told me they were performing all the standard "new patient" checks at the time. Essentially, they are trying to charge me twice. To make matters worse, I was told I'd have to wait another several weeks after Sept-end "new patient" appointment just to actually get the crown work started! I am sure they will tag another 3-4 visits over 6 months to actually put the crown. The front desk seems completely disorganized and appears to be stringing appointments along just to double-charge patients. I am not sure if all these is legal, but definitely it is immoral and unethical. IMHO, save yourself the stress and avoid this practice.
