Periodically around renewal time I would check with him to make sure I was getting a competitive price. Sometimes he would suggest a better option or that I stay with what we had. That was until a couple of years ago when I found what I thought was a better deal online. He advised me that I was likely to see some sizable increases over time, and he was right. After seeing another increase in the next renewal I decided to check in with Jacob again before renewing. He was able to find a policy with better coverage for a significantly lower cost. That was in addition to pointing out some things that I wasn't aware of. So, my insurance advice is: Check with Just Insurance first!

He was extremely helpful, friendly and professional . We got our renters policy within a few minutes. Several weeks later we registered our car and Ramirez Agency came through with our auto policy swiftly. Later we went to the DMV to get our AZ licenses and had a glitch in our record that required proof of insurance in another state dating back some 5 years. Again we returned to this agency for help and were greeted by ROSIE. Again, very professional and friendly. Rosie took time out of her schedule to help compose proof of insurance and then faxed it to the appropriate bureau . This had to be done several times and it was done for us with no problems. I cannot say enough about the EXCEPTIONAL customer service of the RAMIREZ ALLSTATE AGENCY, from the owners and receptionist to Francisco and Rosie. Thank all of you!

Oh and when you are finally fed up and leave allstae, she will continue to charge you for her overpriced insurance. And she will accidently forget to cancel your roadside assistance. So you will be charged for that until you find it on your statement 4 months later. Go to state farm. They havent raised my rates yet. But Carmen did every month because "things are more expensive nowdays" I drive brand new vehicles and have nothing on my record. So there is no excuse. I'd bet the general is better insurance. I just need higher coverages for armored vehicles.

Called to cancel and was told it was against the law to cancel auto insurance without another policy in place! I called 2 other well known companies and they said that's a lie!!! You can cancel any type of insurance at any time you want. Let's not get that confused with, yes it's against the law to drive without insurance but NEVER to cancel. They had just deducted $325 for a premium and 2 days later I had a policy with another company for $100 per month less and was told I would be refunded the prorated amount. I got refunded $47.60.
