She refuses to let us talk to the agent Chris McCoy. She will not let you get a word in, constantly talking over you. Every time we called she changes her story. I recommend you never use this agent. I'm not sure who we should go talk to. I know there is an agency that we can report this agent to? Also I will be calling the better business bureau. I have never been treated by an insurance company the way this company treated us. We have all the texts and emails and will be using these to take action against this company. Not only are they fast, they are super friendly and have explained everything every step of the way. Several years ago my father-in-law had passed away.
