One of the employees(I think maybe Brooke was her name) stated that she was going to call the mother of the patient to tell her about the phone call and went on to express her opinion regarding the fathers role in the child's life which I found to be extremely inappropriate and out of line. The entire interaction was one of the most unprofessional conversations I've heard between two coworkers and if I was the father on the other end of that phone call I would be pulling my child from this practice immediately.

I've…read morebeen thinking about getting Invisalign for years and my dentist highly recommended this office on Mass Ave, right next to Yogulatte. After enduring 4 years of braces all through high school, my bottom incisors started crowding together in my 30s. Dr. Isikbay is a very nice, patient dentist and orthodontist with lots of credentials. He took a lot of time to explain everything about Invisalign I would need to know. His office manager has undergone Invisalign herself and also answered questions for me. The Mass Ave ofc is "cozy" and quiet and never looks busy. Their main dental/ortho ofc is in Speedway, which I've been to once (also a nice office, which looks like a remodeled home and feels casual and open.) I'm only in my first month of Invisalign (out of 10!), and so far so good. If you're thinking about getting Invisalign, I would highly recommend this ofc. I believe walk-ins are welcome. Although my malalignment is probably not especially noticeable to strangers, I definitely had become self-conscious about it. Apparently, the office manager's teeth were much worse than mine and her teeth look perfect now. I'll have to make an update when I'm done with my treatment!

I wish I had had an orthodontist like this when I was a kid!! For kids, the waiting room is a game and video fun zone, with two movie areas, five video game stations, a fun-house mirror, and iPods to play with in the treatment chairs. For parents, there are comfy seats, a cafe area with chairs/tables, free WiFi, charging stations, a full coffee/tea station, more TV's set to grown up stations, and every publication you could want to read. Plus every once in a while, they bring out a tray of fabulous fresh baked COOKIES!! They have thought of everything. This thoughtful first impression carries through when you meet the docs and staff. They are warm and friendly, and very easy to talk to. The staff and docs give you straight-talk, show you how things are going at each step, with easy & clear instructions, and all the equipment, cute cases, and accessories. My 10-yr-old daughter was jazzed about the teal sparkle retainer she got to choose from a wide array of colors. She wore it religiously! And didn't lose it!!! We still have a ways to go in the process but so far, after about a year, it's been pain-free, and we are making progress. I especially love the tag-team approach of these three docs. You see any or all of them on each visit, so it's always easy to get an appointment. They confer with each other for the best approach. I really feel my daughter is in excellent hands and SBH makes going to the orthodontist as easy and pleasurable as one can make such an experience. We have since left this practice and are at a new practice where she has to wear a new set of braces for another two years due to having to move her teeth slowly. It's funny how they just had her on a timeline for when payments were done she would be done the braces, and unfortunately, every kid is not the same.
