John got me scheduled over the phone, and when I came in a few days later processed me quickly, and sent me on my way. Got a call later that afternoon with an initial diagnosis, estimate range for repair cost and schedule. Was pricey but he wasn't pushy or anything. Chose to move forward. John called a few days later when the car was done. Gave me his findings, came in under his estimate, processed payment over the phone and a contactless pickup at my convenience closed the deal. Auto repair tends to get a bad rap. I felt comfortable at John's Car, felt he was honest, and the way the car is running would get me back.

His shop was the first one we came upon, so we limped on in, which truly turned out to be a blessing. When we explained our predicament, his initial concern was our grandchild in such heat, telling us to bring the child into his office where he had a fan running. He then immediately attended to the situation and repositioned the belt within a half an hour, charging us a nominal amount, and sending us safely on our way. John saved the day!

Jay noticed the brake lines were corroded, , brake pads were 75/80 used , and underneath the car showed signs of an oil leaking possible head gasket issue. i am so great full Jay was able to save me from buying a possible problem car from the dealership. I had them price out a pair of tires for me a little ways back. I asked for the price for two and they gave it to me. It was slightly below Sullivan tires price for 2 tires of a brand name. I went with the cheaper option as the vehicle is not used frequently. They installed the tires and charged me twice as much stating the price they gave me was for one only. Why would I pay exponentially more for 2 no name tires when I could have gotten brand name for way cheaper? They lied to me and would not fix the problem and were extremely rude. So now a year later or so a tire has a bubble. Went to get it replaced-Hajj auto put the wrong tires on the wrong sides of the car resulting in the tires wearing uneven. So now I have to buy 2 replacements-the wear is visibly there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! On top of ripping you off-they make careless mistakes!

Forget self service gas-pumping, ugh, I hate it...this is all full service with the nicest, friendliest attendants you will have the pleasure of meeting during the otherwise mundane task of needing to fill up the tank. You will have both your front and your rear windshields washed for you too. Once you've been there a couple of times, the staff will remember you. I usually go on Saturday mornings with my dog. They always have dog biscuits on hand. Some months ago, I had a slow leak in one of my tires and one of the guys put air in in it for me. This was a much appreciated gesture of kindess. This is what I'd call great service given by good guys. Although I haven't had occasion to use their garage/mechanic service, they have that too. I think it's a smart idea to have a local gas station where they know you. This is my go-to place. Self-serve may be cheaper but I'd rather have a buddy or two at a good gas station like this.
