Ended up calling her and she was so sweet over the phone, I booked our cake and she promptly sent an invoice that we paid right away (she immediately sent a payment confirmation) Upon arrival the morning of cake pick-up day, she was right on time and the cake was beautiful! Exactly what we asked for! Tasted delicious as well She was very accommodating even when we called to make a minor change. All other bakeries I called were a LOT more expensive than her. After passing by so many time, We were so tempting to try their bakery. But every time, they were closed. Finally, due to rush rush gender reveal party planing, we finally got to go visit them and they were open, amazingly. I have to say Robbie have a very creative mind and professional on chosen a design of what we want. The price was very pricey but we decided to use her due to her professional guidance. The day we picked up the cake, the cake was surprisingly small but we was satisfied of how the design came out. Now the taste of the cake was great. Very moist and very delicious. I ordered a custom Peppa Pig cake for my daughter's 2nd birthday party. It came out AMAZING! Robbie did such a fabulous job on the colors and design. We ordered a buttercream frosting cake with vanilla and dulce de leche. Her cakes are always delicious and never disappoint, and very moist. My husband and I have purchased cupcakes here before, which are outstanding as well. Also, Robbie accommodated me due to a change in my daughters party date, and I think that says a lot about her. I think her prices are very reasonable considering the love she puts in her cakes and the quality of ingredients used. She had even offered to deliver the cake to me, but since I live right around the corner I picked it up from the shop. Robbie and her staff are so pleasant to talk to. I went here for a custom cake for my daughter's party. I needed a Shrek themed cake and while I had found one place in Fort Lauderdale to do it; they were also going to break the bank. I searched for a place closer to home and found Robbie E. My daughter and I went for a tasting and were hugely impressed with the variety and taste of the cakes. Can I telll you that this cake turned out unbelievable. The fondant characters were adorable, the cake smelled and tasted delicious! I live in CA and was going to be in FL. I wanted to throw my mom a surprise party for her 70th birthday in May and decided that a custom cake would be a nice surprise for her. I heard about this bakery from a friend so I decided to order from here. BIG MISTAKE! The cake tasted good but it was lopsided, it was not decorated as discussed, and the cardboard cut out was uneven and looked like a child did it for a school project. Needless to say that was not what I was expecting after paying a lot of money for a cake. I would never order from here again not recommend this place to anyone I know. read more

Tried them out because of a Groupon for cupcakes. The first two times I went there they were closed, even though it was during normal business hours, and the third time they refused to honor the value of the Groupon. The manager on duty was nasty and just could not grasp the concept of the Groupon. I thought the whole idea of distributing Groupons was to promote your business and bring in new customers to the business. In this case, it had the opposite effect and I can honestly say I would not go there again if it was free. I left with nothing except wasted time and gas $$$ for three different trips. My wedding was October 28th, 2017 and Robbie E.Custom Cake made my cakes and cupcakes. When I started the process of cake tasting in April, I had cake tasting from several bakeries. Shea's Bakery tasted the best so we decided on them. I had met with them a few times to go over what cakes I wanted. I had decided since it was tiered with separate stands I wanted 3 cakes each a different flavor and several cupcakes with different flavors. When I contacted them the end of September, first part of October to finalize everything, they had merged with Robbie E. Custom Cake. I didn't realize I should have done a cake tasting with them. As Chef Robbie and I went over the plans and what cakes and what flavors I wanted I thought everything was fine. After we met I decided to add more cupcakes with two new flavors. My cakes were Red Velvet, Dulce De Luche, Chocolate with a raspberry filling. The cupcakes were Orange with what was suppose to be a crème filling, Lemon with a crème filling, Vanilla with Key Lime Filling, Carrot with Cream cheese icing, and Rose flavored. I also added Macarons for a different display. When the cakes and everything was delivered the cakes were not marked as to what flavor which cake was. The icing was a pale green, however you could see white markings through it. The cupcake icing was different color according to flavors. They did not make the rose cupcakes even though I paid for them. The receipts you get from them does not specify what flavors you ordered. The Marcarons were bite size and was the size of a quarter. When we cut the cake (Red Velvet) it was not flavored, it was bland like hospital food. The icing tasted like grease icing not butter cream icing. The icing was not sweet at all. When I tried the Chocolate with the Raspberry filling, it was the same thing. It was nasty, no flavor and the icing was grease and had the texture of grease. I have made butter cream icing before and this was not butter cream and had no sugar in it. The only way you knew it was different was the raspberry filling which by the way had seeds in it. You don't use filling with seeds because some people can not tolerate the seeds. People were talking about something being wrong with the cakes. It was embarrassing especially when I was so excited about the cakes because I thought they would taste like Shea's bakery. I emailed Robbie E. Custom Cake, their response was they would reimburse me for the rose cupcakes, that I thought I had ordered. I corrected them really fast by giving them the date and the person I paid for them. I have not to this day received a refund nor have they responded to any of my emails about the cakes. I offered to bring them a piece to taste and no response. I made a huge mistake, Publix cakes would have been much better. Wedding Cake should be good. If you are planning a wedding please do not order your cakes from Robbie E. Custom Cakes, they are custom made to their liking not yours. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had and I don't want anyone to make the same mistake. This is a happy moment and one you can't get back. This was the worst cake I have ever tasted, again if you want bland, no flavor, no sugar then this is your bakery. This bakery is also located in Boynton Beach. Just in case you call that store thinking it might be a different bakery. read more

I just moved to the coconut creek area; I found a groupon for this bakery. I was so excited to try the cupcakes since l always love bringing fun baked goods to dinner parties as well as when I entertain. In this instance i ordered the 12 medium cupcakes for my moms bday Saturday w/the Groupon.  I normally order from We Take The Cake in ft lauderdale where i used to live. I'm sorry to say i was super disappointed.  The cupcakes were so dry & the icing had very little flavor. Had they not been so terrible i would say i would use your bakery often since we are entertaining or going to dinner parties at least 3xs a month.  Honestly I was so embarrassed since I talked about how cute the bakery was to everyone. What is ironic is on friday I went to batter co. In the promenade; bought 12 of their cupcakes & they were amazing so moist & full of flavor. I emailed Robbie E she read it because she accidentally sent an empty email to me. So ashame she had no response it means that quality is as good as it gets. read more
