Picked up the sweetest, prettiest, baby shower cake for my friend's baby shower. It's a boy and Cakes D'Sabores understood the assignment. Plenty of parking here and love that the bakery packages the cake up for you in an easy way to transport in your car. The cake went perfect with the theme and it was the perfect touch for the baby shower. Such a cute statement piece! read more

I ordered our wedding anniversary cake here and was not disappointed. The ordering process online was very easy utilize. I had finished with work earlier than expected so they allowed me to pick it up earlier than what I had put on the order form. I got the cookies and creame cake and it was delicious! I love how it wasn't too sweet and they did a great job with the design. I would recommend ordering here again in the future for all your cake needs! read more

The service was incredible. They always answered the phone quickly, they were very helpful and remembered who I was. I asked them to do a gender reveal cupcake and it was perfect! I was so worried that they would accidentally leave the gender on the ticket or say it accidentally but they reassured me they had plenty of experience with this type of request and they take it very seriously. PLUS the cup cakes tasted delicious *chefs kiss* It was such a good experience and would highly recommend this bakery with special occasions read more

Super cute place, space to sit outside and inside. We had the lava cake, absolutely delicious. Little hidden gem, def come try!

Friendly staff & the best chocolate chip cookies! Don't even try the sugar free banana bread, it's diabolical how good it is!

I was searching for a last minute birthday cake and this bakery popped up and it was excellent. The cake was moist and the caramel filling was delish. I am very picky with cakes we usually make our own and I give this cake a 9/10. Highly recommend read more

We had a last minute birthday celebration and we picked a cake at the store from the already made. The Dulce de Leche cake for 12-15 people was amazing, fresh and very flavorful. The texture was most and the consstency very soft. I'll buy all my cakes here from now on. While having a Cafe Cortadito (it was real good ), we spend sometime chatting with the owner, which is a super nice person. read more

I have been here two times. Four times. It was the last second cake hunt for my little one. Both times soooo happy with the cakes. Not a special order but I got whatever they had in there and the fridge and it was delicious and gorgeous because they added extra stuff on it to make it look better for a little boy, which was amazing. Staff is greater owner is very sweet. I highly recommend this place, especially if you want to go ahead and has a bike and sweets. LOTS OF PARKING! read more

Beautiful tiramisu they finished creating while I waited. Several compliments at our get together.

My sister contacted Cakes D' Sabores for her son's first birthday. As you can imagine, she was a bit nervous trying a new bakery for the occasion, so I came on Yelp and after reading the reviews I told her I thought she should give them a chance. She went over to talk about the cake, and was very happy with the experience. She even had to postpone the celebration due to a storm and the bakery understood 100% and had the cake ready for the next week. To help my sister out I went to pick up the cake. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and told the cake would be out in just a second. They were just putting the final touches on it. While I waited, and practiced extreme self-control to not buy pastries they had on display, the lady asked me about the birthday, my sister and how she hope the weather that day held up for us to be able to enjoy the celebration. In no time, the cake was out and it was beautiful! Exactly what my sister had envisioned. She told me to go to my car first and adjust the seats and where to place the cake for safe delivery, and then gave me the cake. Sure enough, the placement in the car was perfect. At no point was I worried for it when driving. Once at the party, everyone was in awe with how cute this cake was and even more when they tasted it. Truly an excellent Cake! I've already recommended it to my friends and now I recommend it to you. You will not be disappointed! read more

Bought my son's first birthday cake here a week in advance, paid over the phone on the day I ordered... which was my first mistake!! Had I been the one to pick up the cake.. I wouldn't of taken the cake nor paid for it. My husband picked up my son's cake on his birthday, an hour before his party & my sons name was misspelled. On the day I ordered I spelled his name letter by letter for the employee.. they quickly tried to remove his misspelled name & make a hand written one. It looked very unprofessional, and definitely not worth the cost of the purchase.. I expected more from a bakery!!! I paid MORE that $55 for a simple vanilla cake with butter cream frosting, with a extremely sloppy "Happy B-Day Wyatt". I could of received better from a grocery store. The worst part of all, after my husband came home, I saw my sons First Birthday Cake I was disappointed. I reached out via email to the owners by their website & have be completely ignored!!! read more

We needed a cake for our sort-of destination wedding in South Florida and a family friend recommended Aleida's bake shop - Cakes D'Sabores. As we began the process of designing a cake, Aleida's daughter, Lesly, was incredibly helpful and patiently worked through all our ideas. She was so detail-oriented, took copious notes, and hosted us for a very extravagant and delicious cake tasting. On the day of the wedding, our cake proved to be otherworldly. In quality, taste, and presentation, the girls at Cakes D'Sabores did a truly outstanding job. Somehow, they not only managed to create tiers and tiers of coconut rum cake, chocolate cake with fresh strawberries and creme, vanilla custard cake, and a carrot cake layer, but they frosted, decorated, and supplied florals too - all to utmost perfection. Some of our guests are still raving about the cake! Aleida and Lesly made our day so special, and I am eternally grateful. read more

This is a first-class operation with a mom 'n pop vibe. We had to cancel our trip to visit our son in Florida because of coronavirus so ordered him a nice cake instead. We found this bakery online and chose it based on the great reviews. It lived up to the praise. The cake turned out beautifully and the wonderful, and personal, service provided by Aleida and her daughter is something that is hard to find. They were quick to respond to emails and requests and even made an exception and delivered the cake on a Sunday, which was his actual birthday. We can't wait to make our trip down there and visit this bakery in person. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. First of all i knew the cake would be small. But @ $35.00 and the worst icing, frosting or sugar coating was a rip off. The cake part itself wasn't bad but you could even enjoy that because the icing was plastered to the cake. I'm not a fan of Publix cakes like everybody else, but I can say Publix blows this cake out of the water. So between taste and cost I will never return to have another cake made at this bakery. They could learn a thing or two from lovelee in Fort Lauderdale who makes the same size cakes taste 100% better and charges $25 for them. I'm still perplexed as to how they have such a high recommendation rating. read more

I was so excited to see a bakery open nearby that would give me an alternative to Dunkin Donuts. That excitement was dulled when I bit into their almond cigar pastry. It was dry, very cold which meant to me it was not made that morning. They had plenty of choices priced fairly so i hate to be so negative but really if you don't sell a pastry that day don't put it out the next day. Eating a bad pastry kinda puts a damper on your whole day. read more

Thank the lord for Cakes D'Sabores ! I have been (im)patiently waiting for a place like this to open up near my job, and FINALLY my prayers were answered ! A cute little clean bakery that also sells smoothies, sandwiches and milkshakes...what more could you ask for? Today was my first time trying this little gem and upon entering just knew I would love it. When I walked in it smelled sooo good like fresh baked bread or something. I ended up ordering the vegetarian sandwich ($7.99 , comes with chips and a pickle), which I highly recommend it was really good, all the ingredients tasted fresh. They have a wide variety of pastries, nothing out of the ordinary to a bakery, pretty much the norm...cakes, muffins, cookies, macaroons, doughnuts, cupcakes etc. I also ended up getting a few chocolate chip cookies and a blueberry muffin which were both REALLY good. The prices are all fair and the staff is friendly. Overall , if your in the area and your in the mood for some sweets or even a sand which, definitely stop by. I can't wait to try the smoothies and the shakes next time ! read more

Read all the good reviews so I ordered a small all-chocolate vegan cake. I received a chocolate cake with white frosting! When I complained I was told there was a misunderstanding and they don't do chocolate frosting. I needed the cake for a friends birthday party in two hours and had paid for it in advance, so I had no choice but to take it....I wasn't offered anything but an apology. As if it could get any worse than being forced to take a cake I didn't order, it was inedible! while it looked beautiful it was hard, dry and had no flavor other than a horrible after-taste. No one could eat it and it was thrown in the trash! Not only was I embarrassed, , but when you pay $50 for a 5" cake that tastes of nothing good you just might get a little upset!!! BIG price for trash. read more

Let me preface by stating that I'm super extra as a mother, my son is 2.5 years old and if he tells me he wants something, it's reasonable and he has been good ... well, I try to make it happen. My husband shakes his head at me often!! My son and have been binge watching baking shows because I love baking and he loves helping me. So finished an entire season of Sugar Rush on Netflix and during the show my son started pointing to the television and stating, "mommy, I want to go there and eat that," or he would say, "mommy, can we go see the bakers." I looked up bakers in the area, that had actual cake slices for sale and we found this bakery. My son loved it because they have a lot of pretty, fondant cakes everywhere but they also sell coffee, food and pastries. My son loves chocolate, smart kid, and he opted for the chocolate rolled cake. The price is super fair and the best part they do cakes. My son's birthday is in May so I'm thinking of giving this place a try. The quality was great and we may stop by for breakfast as a family. The restaurant is clean, they offer breakfast options, milk shakes, cake by slice, pastries, a Colombian meringue pastry (my son loves), empanadas. The lady behind the register and another baker were very friendly. We will be back! read more
