They insist on doing all communication on a proprietary platform, which requires you establish a login (a truly unnecessary annoyance for simple questions containing no sensitive information). I attempted to give feedback by phone, and admittedly I was annoyed, but my sole point of contact Elmer repeatedly interrupted me in the process, talking over me, to tell me I was wrong. Realizing he had no interest in either my question or my feedback, I hung up before I even got the answer because I was getting angry. I recognize Elmer is an attorney, and is listed in his email signature as such, and as the GM so I'm guessing he has a higher opinion of what he has to say than what a customer is asking. In my opinion, he was condescending, and uninterested in feedback, about a friction point in a key part of the customer experience. This is the first time I've ever given a one star review, but I would absolutely not recommend.

And when they finally did answer, the day before signing, I didn't have enough time to coordinate with my bank to get the money from the sale deposited into the account that I preferred. Any decent escrow company/officer would have answered questions promptly and sent the forms ahead of time so we'd be prepared. Furthermore, they sent a notary to my house who announced that she was unvaccinated (by choice)!! We have a 5 yr old who CAN'T be vaccinated yet so having an unvaccinated person come to our house and sit at our kitchen table for an hour puts our child at risk. It was awkward and we were put on the spot to complete a signing we were uncomfortable with. Overall a very bad experience. Steer clear of CW Title and Escrow.

Working with TeamUp was truly the best decision we made in our home buying journey! From day one,…read morethey were warm, communicative, and so easy to talk to and we instantly felt like we were in the best hands. As first time buyers navigating a competitive market, they made the entire process feel not only manageable but enjoyable. They took multiple ferry rides to Vashon just to make sure we never missed an opportunity whether it was to tour homes, attend inspections, or walk us through the next steps. Their knowledge was endless, and they made sure we were educated and informed every step of the way. Even when there were hiccups on the selling agent's end, TeamUp handled everything with grace and fierce professionalism. They are master negotiators who went above and beyond in every possible way to make this dream a reality for us. We're beyond grateful for their dedication, kindness, and expertise. We couldn't imagine doing this with anyone else. Thank you, TeamUp, for helping us find and secure our dream home! Not only are we happy but so is Louise!

Our problems started right after we rented, and they did address them initially, but then they couldn't agree with the landlord and parted ways. After that, I was left alone with the landlord. Of course, since their contracts ended, they don't have to help, but even though I continued paying all my rent through the platform they provided and they knew about the issues with the landlord, they offered no support when I moved out. They didn't even give me a reference, and because my landlord didn't reply to emails or replied late, or perhaps gave a bad reference, I had a lot of trouble finding a new place. All I wanted was a reference. I came from another state and rented this house sight unseen, trusting their name, but they didn't lift a finger to help me in my difficult time. In the end, with a baby, two months of stress looking for a house, being rejected, and paying more deposit because there was no reference or a bad one. Think twice before doing business with this company or trusting their name, and if possible, talk to the landlord directly and meet them because one day they might be disappeared. Otherwise, you might end up without electricity and get no help from anyone. Because at the end of the day, once they rent the house and get their money, you're nobody's concern. Note for response: I just have asked that I rented property via your company and paid on time. New landlord just want to make sure no eviction or delayed payments. You had all these information and legally you could refer me because I rented from your company and I have used zego payment via from your company. You guys just rented out took your money and left me alone with landlord. I dont know landlord.I trusted your company! You just betrayed and left your customer alone

To be transparent, we are property owners, so this review is from the owner's point of view. Having said that, he's been proactive in making sure the rental house is in a good shape, including regular annual maintenance. This is to ensure tenants get what they pay for. One thing David really stands out is his responsiveness and timely communications. Tips: believe it or not, best way to contact him is via email. He'll call me as soon as he's available whenever I ask him to call me via email. His email responses are mostly cryptic and straight to the point, and some folks may take that differently. But for us, we like his cut-to-the-chase, no-nonsense style. Believe us, we have had a different property manager before, and he may seem courteous, but his responsiveness and professionalism are not even close to David's.

My wife and I just had wonderful experiences using Eva as both our seller's and buyer's agent…read more Last May, we learned that our daughter and her husband were going to have a baby. They live in the Crown Hill neighborhood (NE Ballard). And in the conversations that followed, we all agreed that there was room for us in their lives as very active, day-to-day grandparents. A month later, my wife discovered a beautiful townhouse just one block away. We lived in a beautiful view house up from the Swedish Cultural Center in Westlake. While that's not far from Crown Hill, the difference between a 20+ minute drive and a one-block walk is immense when trying to create a three-generation family. To make what could be a very long and great story shorter, in the next frantic nine months, Eva guided us through a process that involved: - Organizing the huge amount of remodel and landscaping work that was required to turn our 20 year old, well lived-in home into the $2.85M house that we eventually put on the market. (Almost all of the work was done by contractors that she connected us with.) - Helped us find a temporary lodging option that permitted us to move out of our non-former home so that it could be shown and sold. - Selling our house. The house closed just two and a half months after she started showing it, during a fairly difficult market for sellers. - Guiding us through the process of purchasing the townhouse that we originally fell in love with, which was magically still on the market. (This was the last of three identical townhouses that didn't sell during the difficult market. By the time our house sale finally closed, one was still left, at a considerable discount off it's original selling price. However, just as we were about to move, two other potential buyers showed up. So instead of guiding us through hard bargaining for an even lower price, she managed us in a bidding war.) Eva was outstanding In all aspects of this saga. My wife and I would highly recommend her as a realtor, at least with the sort of high-end property transactions that she helped us with.
