Have been back since then. Talk about your corner hole in the wall type places. It's located in the middle of an L shaped strip building. Inside is clean, and spacious. Nothing fancy here, but plenty of tables and a few booths. They have a covered outside patio, which might even be fully enclosed, with some pool tables. The bar location is on the back wall, with lots of seating. Full bar, with a reasonable amount of draft beers, and several good ones along with the normal commercial swill. I sat at the bar both times, and got great service. First time I did the usual and checked out the salsa and queso. Both were good and didn't taste like pre made stuff. If it was, well they picked a couple of winners. The serving was more than ample, more then I could eat over the course of the visit. Second time I went back, I was going to make a point to try the onion rings since they looked so good in the pics. As I was looking at the menu I noticed they had a Montecristo sandwich. As I've mentioned before, I have yet to find anything that even remotely comes close to the holy grail of MC sandwiches, the one and only made by Bennigan's. Of course, I ordered it, and the onions rings. I'm happy to say the MC here is the closest I've ever come to find. It was really good, and the jam served with it was also pretty dead on. It was a little nasty like it should be, but not as greasy as it should be, and I enjoyed the hell out of it. The onion rings were really good, even if the batter was flaking off a bit. Anyway, I like the place, wish I could drag myself out more. Been customers here every time I've been, but not as many that should be. They also have a digital jukebox so if you're here and ever hear something bizarre playing, it's probably me. Service and staff have always been very good. They know how to make a pretty good margarita as well, and prices are very good.

(+1*) Bo's sent me a reward for a free biscuit, reward would not load into my order. Plus app does not allow you to order a side of gravey or jelly. Out of the 4 locations, this one wins the dirtiest of them all. Only 2 tables were clean. All the other tables you could see crumbs, trash, and sticky spots on table tops. NASTY! One shimmer of hope, this location actually got our food out in 25 minutes. Still too long of a wait when your the only customer. Went to get flatware, straws, and napkins all empty. Then had to go back to the counter to ask for a plate to eat my biscuit and gravey. Far as I could tell only two people were working. The young lady was working both the drive-thru and front counter. One cook, trying to cook. The person I assumed was the manager, stood in the lobby area watching traffic go by on hwy. The biscuits were at least hot but slightly over cooked. Super brown tops and bottoms. Edible but not enjoyable. The round potatoes were undercooked and not even warm. Actually kind of soggy and wet inside, and we still had a 25 minute wait. Those rounds should of been hot and crispy brown. Then the big let down was the tea was super weak, somone did not steep long enough. I'm not sure Bo's is going to make it in Texas. Super long wait time for food, kiosk and app incomplete, and constant inconsistent quality of food. Never know what you will get, if you ever get your food. Although I like that crisp crunch of the chicken, I'm sticking with Chick-Fil-A, no more Bo's for me. How hard could it be to properly manage a limited item franchise?

I often come here and get the five piece chicken tenders for my father and I order several chicken breasts. Their chicken breasts are exquisite. I would've given this place five stars had not been for the service last visit. I went through the drive-through and ordered our typical order with six extra bread rolls, because those are some of our favorite. We get home, I opened the order, and there's no bread rolls, and we were missing two chicken breasts! I looked at the receipt, and sure enough we had paid for those, but they forgot to include them. So not wanting to cause a big kerfuffle, I got back in the car drove the five minutes down the street back to Lisa's, but they were closing as it was just at 10 PM. I drove through the drive-through window tapped on the glass and a woman opened the glass, telling me they were closed. I kindly explained to her that we did not get all of our order. She looked at me, rolled her eyes and said I'm sorry we're out of chicken. We have no more left. I asked her may I please have my bread rolls down. Not saying a word she slams the window, goes in for about five minutes, comes back out and just tosses the rolls to me and slams the window. No apology no we're sorry. We finally stopped by on a Saturday morning. We were pleasantly surprised that they were not crowded. They have a breakfast menu and they also have a very large lunch menu. If you are looking for traditional Mexican food. This is the place to go. We ordered fish tacos which they serve all day, bean and cheese tacos, and omelette burrito. I enjoyed my fish taco I could tell that the fish was dropped when I got there. It was nice and hot and crispy. It had a type of tartar sauce, as well as cilantro, and lettuce. It was pretty tasty. My kid got the bean and cheese tacos. The flavor of the tortilla was probably fresh, why it tasted different to her, but she enjoyed the beans and cheese. My husband got the Omelette burrito, he was very impressed with the size, the flavor, and the price. We all said we would go back and try other menu items. My kid would probably get something different besides the bean and cheese next time.
