Tlive more than an hour from this Mexican Bakery. However, this last time I stopped, the experience was not the same. My favorite was the cheese and jalapeño relleno bread. They also carry some with just cheese. So, I asked the employees which were the ones with jalapeños in them. The employee said they all had jalapeño's and cheese. I purchased two of them. When I arrived at home, the bread instead had chorizo and potatoes inside. The taste was so bad and cold. I was disappointed. So, I called the bakery hoping to get replacements of jalapeño and cheese whenever I have the opportunity to stop by there, since it wasn't my fault. The employee told me no. I told her I could take a photo and keep the receipt. Nope, she didn't care. In addition, since I live more than an hour away, I asked the employee for a box to place the bread in, so the frosting on the small cakes wouldn't get messed up. Upon, looking at my receipt at home to call them, I noticed I was charged $2.25 for a thin little box that one gets free for purchasing donuts at a donut shop. If the employee had told me that there is a charge for the box, I would've had her place the bread in bags instead. This Mexican bakery is not a place I recommend to buy from. On top of that, customers end up doing part of the work themselves just to eat the bagel, and the bagel was cold too. A few days ago, I asked for no ice, and they only filled the drink to the lower line. This time, this is what a "full price" drink looks like. Most places recommend adding ice because it saves the business money while giving customers less product from store bought without lookin at their ingredients. Thank goodness, You only have to give away one cup Businesses show their true colors when they care more about money than customer service. It's sad seeing how divided and heartless people have become. I won't be coming here again. Do better. TN Bagels are way better.

We heard the doorbell ring when we walked in, so we are pretty sure that the employees did also. After standing there for 5 minutes, staring at blobs of cookie dough sitting and drying out on the prep counter, and after a couple more customers walked in behind us, also ringing the bell on the door, we started wondering if anybody was even there. The lady who walked in behind us actually called out to see if anybody was working! We all also took turns opening and closing the door to cause the doorbell to ring numerous times. Just when we ALL were getting ready to give up and walk out, a young worker came out from behind the short wall that separated the front customer area to presumably a back office nook area? I moved way over to see where the heck she came from and can only assume she had been sitting there the whole time, listening to the doorbell and listening to us yell for an employee, and also listening to us talk about walking out. She came up front to take our orders and never once cracked a smile on that smug little face of hers! She was incredibly rude to us.. incredibly! When asking us for the amount charged, she kept mumbling and we had to have her repeat everything she said, each time she opened her mouth. Either she was incredibly high, or she was doing that mumbling on purpose just to be rude. After taking my money, $10 for two cookies!, another employee came up from the back bringing our cookies to us. She was only marginally nicer, but then the first young girl did turn around and walk away instead of taking care of the customers behind me. I can't tell you how close my friend and I came to just walking out even after placing our order! I've honestly never been treated this rudely in all my days. Especially when laying out this ridiculously high price for what they considered Gourmet cookies, which turned out to be slightly undercooked regular old sugar cookies with a lot of very salty icing. I have no problem telling you I will never ever come back (to this location especially), and also will be telling everybody about my experience. In reading all the past comments on google, it seems to me there is a high number of dissatisfied customers who have complained about the rudeness of the employees at this location. In each instance their reviews were answered with the promise that they would 'do better' or 'look into it'. I would have to say neither of this has ever happened yet. My visit was on Friday, September 18th at 6:00 p.m. so this should be enough information for you to know who was scheduled to work that day, and who needed to be called out for their rudeness to their customers. Croissants, donuts, cinnamon rolls, donut holes, iced, glazed, chocolate, twisted, cream filled.... They have cake donuts too. I haven't met a donut from there I didn't like. There's an up charge if you use a card, but let's be honest it's still worth it.
