Refund which I accepted reluctantly. However, the lilies should have been replaced. This arrangement is on display at a business in Winthrop, very poor representation for Berry Floral. Since I wanted to ensure they were fresh flowers, delivered in a vase, to arrive on the day of his surgery, I decided to order in advance directly from a local florist versus the 1-800 online option. I found Augusta Florist and ordered on their website. Unfortunately for my coworker, the surgery got postponed, TWICE! Fortunately for me, I ordered directly from Augusta Florist and was able to call them both times and request a cancelation. They refunded me the entire amount both times, without hesitation! The third surgery date actually happened! My coworker got his surgery! But I forgot to order the flowers!! I had been so busy/caught up with work that it just slipped my mind. The day I realized it (this past Monday), I went online and ordered right away. If you order by 1pm, Augusta Florist can deliver same day. I submitted the order shortly after 11am and just before 1pm, he messaged me saying the flowers had arrived! WOW talk about fast service. I chose the "Locally Grown in Maine" (Deluxe) bouquet and it was gorgeous!!

I ordered before noon and originally inquired about hydrangeas and was offered the 8 inch - by the way ANOTHER LIE - the plant was 8 inches not 10 as you claimed - when I asked about the Hydrangeas the very nice young lady (so sorry she is forced to work with a crass thing such as yourself) said that you didn't have those available and offered me the 8 INCH PLANT and told me orders were being taken for a few more hours if I needed to think about it and callback. Called Robinson Rose florist as I placed the order to confirm this would be OK, and they assured me it would be, and they aim to deliver to schools first thing.
