The company said the wallet was to destroyed to repair. That is perfectly fair. That would have been the time to reach out and refund the money. Instead, it took weeks to get the wallet back. It was nothing like I asked for. I wrote a nasty review about the entire ordeal and that is when they reached out and offered the refund. I appreciate the refund, all of the negativity could have been avoided with good communication. It looks like they have had other customers that had no issues so maybe this was just a one off for them.

Everything that he has done for us was done quickly, quality has all been first rate, I've never had to clean anything up after he was done with the job, and he is always polite and professional and has never charged us more than our agreed upon price. I've had the Handicare 1000 stair lift chair for 3 years now, and have never had any problems with it, runs perfectly, and even runs when the power is out. The tub cut out was the perfect solution for us rather than doing a whole walk in shower option at 10x the cost. One of the best things we could ever have done. I highly recommend Matt and Allegheny Accessibility for anything you need done to help you remain in your home or help with arthritis or health issues.

I elected to fully pay at pick up instead of at delivery and the dispatcher told me that I could pay by either cash or check. However, the driver insisted that I pay in cash. Not really a problem for me since I was prepared either way. Just letting everyone else know to be prepared and lock down acceptable payment alternatives so there are no surprises. Also driver requested that I meet him in nearby parking lots on both pick up and delivery instead of my home addresses. Again, not a huge issue in my situation. I was happy to make it quicker for the driver to get on his way. But others may not be as flexible as I am with last minute changes to the loading and unloading locations.
