His price was reasonable as well, and that is always appreciated. My 25-year-old car's interior is brand new and I am beyond impressed with Robert's work. Thank you so much for taking good care of my car and thank you for a superb job! I highly recommend! :)

Safelite completely covered the cost of the dash repair and was very apologetic about it. The guys at Michaels Auto Trim can do it all from restitching, repairing and reupholstering leather and vinyl seats, dashes and trim to repairing convertible tops as well! They are quick and very professional! They had my dash like new in a couple of hours! My only complain is that they aren't open on Saturdays. Only Monday through Friday. I'm a customer for life!

I drive a 2014 Subaru Outback that I purchased in August 2013. It's the longest I've ever driven…read morethe same car--and the car shows her years. Aside from occasionally driving through the car wash and throwing my trash out at gas stations, I am not a guy who takes care of his car. So last year, I decided that my birthday gift to myself would be to have my car fully detailed by High Buff. I did my research--and heard great things from family and friends--and was guardedly optimistic that the work would justify the investment. Oh mama! I was SHOCKED when I picked up my car! EVERY detail was meticulously addressed. I am not an easy guy to please, but there was nothing that was not attended to with integrity and excellence. To be clear, even when I've tried, I've never been able to get my car this clean. This was the kind of clean that reflects focused professionalism. I drove away feeling like I was in a new car--and being reminded that I really like my car; I just didn't like the smudges and smears and stains and mess that had become part of my daily driving experience. Others whom I called to look inside the car agreed that this was AMAZING work. Candidly, I felt foolish for having waited so long to give my Subaru this make-over treatment--and to give myself this treat. Last week, I celebrated my birthday with the same gift to myself. I found the guys at High Buff, again, to be personable, professional, and enthusiastic about taking good care of my car. So Happy Birthday to me! And see you again next year! (Thanks, gents!)

I came from far away to use these guys based on a recommendation so I stayed in their super nice waiting room the entire 7 hours it took them to do the Silver Package detail. In their waiting room they have a huge screen TV, coffee/tea machine, wifi and very comfy sofas. The bathrooms were super clean too! :) All I can say is that i never, ever expected the wait to be so pleasant (got a lot of work done in the peace and quiet of their waiting room... bring a lap desk... works great) and the job they did on my car so fantastic. The leather looked like new, the inside was SPOTLESS!!!, the carpets were steamed clean and the paint and chrome shined like glass. I cannot recommend them enough! Would make a GREAT gift certificate for someone. Drive slowly on 5th ave as they're tucked in a bit and are hard to see on the right if you're heading North on 5th. One more thing... if you're thinking of selling your car, their detail job will probably help you get more money for your vehicle as it will look as good as it can when they're done with it.
