Unbeknownst to her, her son was also securing a ride from friends. Al was courteous on making the early morning pickup arrangements and he was very understanding when my gf had to cancel with him. I called to report, and the owner denied that the driver was erratic. He stated that he keeps a close eye on his taxis and it was for medical transport. Unless it is an ambulance, and there are lights and flashers so the other vehicles on the road can pull over to be safe, there is no reason to drive that way. I would never use this business based on their poor driving quality and the owner unable to apologize and take responsibility for illegal driving from their drivers.
