Truck showed up within the time frame promised and was happy to flatbed tow me to a different location than initially instructed. Only quibble: getting my Alfa onto the flatbed without at least somewhat scraping the bottom of the active carbon front spoiler sadly proved impossible...driver said he normally has additional wood in the truck to accommodate low-ish to the ground vehicles but that the previous person who used the truck "did not put the wood back." In short, a job well done other than the unnecessary (thankfully slight) damage done to my lower front spoiler lip.

Prior to getting it serviced, there was a clunking noise and the ride was very bumpy, especially over pot holes. Now when I drive it, the sound is gone, and it's the smoothest ride ever! Sals also identified a leaking rubber piece as well as an issue with my engine mount which they replaced; I otherwise would have never known. They got the entire job done in less than 2 business days so turnaround was terrific. The staff is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and I will certainly be back for future maintenance.

Over the phone they said yes but when I got there to pick my bike up they said they couldn't fix it. I did it myself at home instead (I needed a new tire. That was it) as I left with my still broken bike one of the guys working there stopped me and said there was a fee for wasting their time!! I called roadside assistance through MB and they connected me with this towing company. I was on…read morethe side of the highway with cracked rim and flat. they needed an address but would notate where on the parkway I was for the driver. they also had my cell in case of a problem. 2 hours later they called me to tell me they couldn't pick me up on a parkway ( which they knew I was on from the beginning) so I had to drive down the road to meet the driver at the mall location. I spoke with driver and he said he was in his way. 30 minutes later I called back roadside and they said the tow company cancelled. they are sending another tow company and I'm now waiting since 7:45 this morning and it's now 12 noon. Critic Towing was a horrific experience starting with the first call.
