Derek is the ultimate professional. This is not your average technician. Derek diagnosed and then…read moremeticulously repaired four very bent rims on a BMW with only 12,000 miles. NY roads are terrible, so we are lucky to have someone like Derek available to assist. One of the rims was bent in 22 places and all of the rims were visually out of round. The car also had shaking which began after hitting a major pothole en route to JFK a week before seeing Derek. After Derek's repair, the car was free of all vibrations and my drive quality returned to the way it was when I left the dealership upon purchase. There are very few technicians that would offer this level of precision and service, or spend the time needed to complete the service with his relentless level of perfection.
