Completely unrelated to this business' main service: I had engine trouble with a loaner vehicle on my way home from school, and I pulled into Roadside's parking lot to try to figure out what was going on. Come to find out, the engine was dangerously low on oil. I walked in to the shop and explained my problem to the service department, and the gentleman there handed me a 5 qt. jug of oil that had about a quart and a half left in it, enough to get me home. I offered to pay and he wouldn't accept. Good samaritans, extremely helpful to a guy in need. Should I need anything motorcycle-related in the future, they'll get my business first. my bikes get the best service bar none. they also go out of there way to support Veterans. if a problem comes up, they take you right in an no questions asked they fix it and test ride it, and your back on the road, no charge .. Roadside Marine is one of the best. Since 1992, I have purchased a few motorcycles and snowmobiles from Roadside & have not been disappointed. The staff is outstanding. The product is as good as it gets. Service that goes above and beyond. I cannot say enough good about the company or the business. Friendly, helpful and commited to customers is what I always experience when I go to Roadside. Even servicing bikes & sleds not bought there, the technicians have always been helpful. Many of their employees have worked there for years which is very telling for a business. The owners are hands on and everyone greets you with a smile. If you are looking for gear, they have one of the best selections and will get it if they don't have it. Showroom is spotless! I have also attended their yearly Ladies bike night which is a lot of fun. Look for it this coming Summer in the May/June timeframe! read more

Roadside customer service is awesome! My wife and I visited to get fitted for helmets and were helped by Mary. She got us fitted properly in short order and special ordered the colors/size combinations we wanted. Mary is very knowledgeable and answered our novice questions without batting an eye. This place is pure magic. I'm from Brooklyn and I'm not used to visiting motorcycle shops with staff who are more interested in helping you than they are in emptying your bank account as efficiently as possible. I was taking a little road trip and went down on a road in the Adirondacks. I figured my best bet was to ride to burlington, get a motel room for the night, and fix what I could in the morning. I flipped a coin and chose Roadside Motorsports. Predictably they didn't have any stock 1980 Yamaha SR500 parts, but they spent the time and found parts which were compatible, including a speedometer cable and head lamp which was modified to fit, they even cleared some space away in their warehouse and let me work through the fixes needed for my ride home. I can't recommend this place enough. The staff are super friendly, super knowledgable, super resourceful, and really just fantastic people. read more

Stopped at Roadside Motorsports because my wife's heated gloves and heated jacket weren''t working and she was considering buying a new Gerbing and sending hers back for repairs. Mary realized she could bypass the junction on the jacket and took a wire out of a package of gloves off the shelf and told us we could mail it back when we got home. I feel like I NEED to share my experience BOTH myself AND a friend of mine had at this dealership in 2019. We were both victims of the oldest TRICK in the book - BAIT AND SWITCH! Long story short, they currently have both of our motorcycles, with the titles signed over to them, and NOW they are saying they WILL NOT pay what they had promised to pay for the motorcycles! I started doing business with Roadside in 2013; buying gear, having maintenance on my Shadow 750, etc. I've always felt that I was well treated, given prompt attention and quality advice, but also left alone when I just wanted to browse. The service department was fast, even when I brought my bike in without an appointment. They recommended parts that make my 9 year old bike feel new again. What else can I say, they've got a great staff, solid products, and an overall knowledgeable team. read more

Not a fan!! Went to buy a new motorcycle and there was no negotiating on price. You cant really think a 3 year old new bike would sell at top price, but they think so. Service was ok but thats it. Bad prices and poor deals. There loss. I found a newer bike of the same for $1200 less. Screw you Roadside!!!!! read more

Bought a new snowmobile from roadside a year ago and unfortunately it was a really bad experience. I bought new so I would have a reliable machine. After the first half-hour of use I was stranded on a VAST trail. I brought the machine back to them to have it repaired,(machine had 5 miles at this point) they were prompt to work on it but after waiting around for 3 hours and no fix I left it with them. Took 2 days to perform a "jimmy rigged" repair. At that point I wanted a different new machine or my money back. They would not do either. I would never buy from them again and certainly have sent friends elsewhere. I have been doing business with Land Air since and have been happy with them. read more
