I've been a customer here for years without any major issues, which honestly makes this year's experience even more disappointing.
Back in the spring, it was already a struggle just to get someone to return a call. I gave them the benefit of the doubt--this is a busy time of year for motorcycle shops--but that should've been my first warning sign.
When I finally brought my bike in for a routine inspection, oil change, and tune-up, the service went from mildly frustrating to completely unacceptable. Communication was practically nonexistent. Getting a simple status update felt like pulling teeth--calls went unanswered, and when I did get through, I was given vague or noncommittal answers.
The worst part? The cost. I was given a quote, reviewed it, and approved the work based on that number. Two weeks later--after zero proactive updates--I went to pick up my bike and was handed a bill that was double the quoted price. Not slightly higher. Not due to a quick phone call to explain additional issues. Double. And at no point did anyone contact me to explain, get approval, or even give a heads-up that costs were increasing.
That's not just poor customer service--that's a complete breakdown of basic business practices and trust.
It's incredibly frustrating to see a shop that used to be reliable drop the ball so hard on communication, transparency, and accountability. Between the lack of responsiveness and the surprise charges, this experience has been enough to make me seriously reconsider ever coming back. read more
