A friend recommended that I take my Spyder to Malone for tires and an alignment. Malone is about…read moretwo hours away from home, so this seemed like a stretch. I got an estimate locally. I called Roberts and get an estimate for about 1/2 as much. I got to say the trip was worth the time and mileage. They had the bike for about an hour and a half. The ride home was like riding a new machine. It was like when you get new ball joints in your car, you didn't realize how loose it was until you get it fixed and the car handles like a new one. Like that, the Spyder ride home was excellent. It was well worth the two hour ride each way. And I saved money, always a good thing, well usually a good thing. When I got home I told my wife, the folks over there seemed to care about my bike and seemed to really know what they were talking about. They also seemed to only want to only do what is needed and not "upsell" services. When I need my Spyder worked on again, Roberts will hear from me.

Completely unrelated to this business' main service: I had…read moreengine trouble with a loaner vehicle on my way home from school, and I pulled into Roadside's parking lot to try to figure out what was going on. Come to find out, the engine was dangerously low on oil. I walked in to the shop and explained my problem to the service department, and the gentleman there handed me a 5 qt. jug of oil that had about a quart and a half left in it, enough to get me home. I offered to pay and he wouldn't accept. Good samaritans, extremely helpful to a guy in need. Should I need anything motorcycle-related in the future, they'll get my business first. Thanks.
