I have been to several body shops before and received different degrees of service and results, some not so good and some very good. I, however, have never experienced such a high degree of professionalism and employee ownership of the project.
From the front desk, Leo, who was my first point of contact, to the folks who worked on my car to the manager who helped me resolve a minor issue, the service was excellent. The price they charged my insurance company was extremely reasonable, and the time estimate they initially gave me, was a lot longer than they wound up needing. I got my beautiful car back much sooner than I expected, which made me very happy.
Going back to Leo, who is by far the best person I have seen in the difficult to master Administrative/Customer Support/Sales role, maybe ever, but certainly in a very long time. I am saying this from the perspective of having been an administrative professional for over forty years myself. I have hired and managed many people for similar roles throughout my career.
Though I did find and hire many good people and some excellent ones. These were they were few and far between, in a pool of primarily poor candidates.
One of the problems with this role is that it is often overlooked by management as to the actual value that the right person can bring to the company. The biggest issue by far is that you cannot teach or pay someone to care. Either a person has this value, or they do not. CollisionPros lucked out when they found Leo. ,
Leo was on the ball throughout my several contacts with them to get my car through the process, helping me with a rental car, and keep me abreast of their progress, including costs and timing. They connected with my insurance company directly, so I did not have to do so. Leo made my appointment for the rental car on both ends of the process, so I did not have to do so. He made this whole process so easy for me!
As for the work done, they hold themselves to a very high level of performance and customer service. They did an incredible job on my car, especially since I purchased a car with "special paint," which is challenging to work with. They did so, like champs. They made all the repairs and returned my car to me, looking as beautiful as it was before I got hit in a parking lot.
If I ever need any bodywork again, I will not hesitate to go to CollisionPros.
Thanks, CollosionPros, for turning my disappointing finding my car damaged experience into a great restoring my car experience.
