Not only was he incredibly friendly and communicative, he even told me not to get an Uber like I planned and took me home even though it was out of the way. On top of that, instead of towing to the dealership like I planned, he referred me to a shop that had my snapped drive belt replaced by 10am the following morning at a small fraction of the price the dealership charges for work! Ivis is fantastic to work with, especially in a frustrating situation like I was in. I highly recommend A&I.

The driver, a big and courteous man, handled our broken down car with ease. He loaded the car up onto his flatbed with ease, and had it coming down off the back of the truck by the time we arrived in at the autoshop before we even arrived in a separate car. This was the second tow in three days, and the cheaper of the two by $20. They were fast and knew exactly what to do. There isn't a whole lot more you can ask from a towing service.

It was a very hot day, my friend and I were stressed (150 miles from home), and his immediate offer of cold water nearly brought us tears of relief. He expertly maneuvered his tow truck into a tough spot to get the car. I had called a nearby mechanic to receive the tow, but minutes before our arrival at the auto shop Fazl mentioned that my insurance would cover a tow all the way home to SF. He pulled over while I decided what to do, and when I told him that I would indeed like a tow to SF he offered to give me and my friend time for a meal in town before leaving (we hadn't eaten all day). He then picked us up and got us safely home. Cannot recommend highly enough.
