The car was parked in front of our house (someone hit it full speed when it was parked) so I wasn't on the freeway waiting. MOST IMPORTANTLY he did an excellent and careful job with our car (broken axel) with tires locked and the car was blocked from the front side and had another car parked close behind. Not easy. If I need another tow, (fingers crossed not!) I would call them.

It was 40 miles to the dealership in San Rafael, California. AAA's tow truck (Norcal Supreme Towing) was there in about a half hour. Loading my Mercedes onto the flat bed and tying it down took less than 15 minutes and we were on our way with me as a passenger in the cab. The driver and I had an extremely enjoyable conversation on the way back. I've had this experience more than a few times in the past and it has always been awful. This time, however, and unbelievably, I found myself enjoying the entire experience, awed by the driver's ability to do his job quickly and efficiently as well as his exuberant personality and friendly attitude. I asked if she could write Sam's number on the card so I can call him and she wrote the office number where she was at! She was trying to be sly. I called the number and she answered. I wish you the best of luck if you ever have to deal with that thing or this place. She's definitely a pit bull.

Cons: Not sure this is a 5 star towing overall, more like 3 or 3.5 (I'm giving 2 stars to balance the overall Yelp "consensus"). My insurance (State Farm) offered towing for $65, but I'd have to wait 2+ hours. I called a local towing company instead, and they offered to be here in 30 min. Tip #2: If they're running late, be sure to call them to be sure they didn't forget about you, and to remind them that they said 30 minutes, not 1.5 hours. Tip #3: Stay on top of your car maintenance, dufus!!! Or you'll end up stranded in the middle of nowhere!!

I had been running around town in a hurry getting ready for my friend's wedding (it was the day of) and totally forgot about gas. My car slowly rolled to a stop and luckily I had gotten enough of my brain back to pull over to the side of the road. After a quick freak out of "why isn't my car working" it donned on me I had no gas. I quickly Googled towing services, looked at reviews and picked Pine Towing. That's when Tony saved my day, he sent out one of the guys who had gas with him and filled me up with 5 gallons! The best part is he only took about 15 minutes to get to me. When I asked Tony how much it was he mentioned their Honest Pricing policy. As a college student hearing things like that makes my heart sing. To get straight to the point Pine Towing was amazing and I will call them if anything happens to my tires, my gas tank or if (knock on wood) I end up needing a tow from an accident.

They have since refused to respond to my calls, told me they would call me back and then never called did, and as of yesterday - hung up on me. This company, the owner or workers or whoever it is that answers the phone is completely incompetent. they do not care about their customers. They do not care about their business which upon searching, it appears that their business license has been expired since May. And from what the insurance agency tells me they do not carry property damage, if something were to happen to your property while they are towing it, you would very quickly end up in my situation. I do not and would not recommend that you use this company!
