I called to make an appointment, and a grumpy old man answered the phone. He could not find any of my purchase or warranty records. He then got frustrated at me for not knowing how to work his computer. I eventually made an appointment, showed up and was told I did not have an appointment. He even made up really silly dates that I would have never scheduled. He begrudgingly took my trailer. At purchase, I paid for the additional protective exterior coating. I had plastic falling off the outside (due to a terrible manufacturer design) and was told that was not covered. My brakes were not working, and they refused to give even a ballpark estimate without a ridiculous shop fee. My trailer has stickers, indicating multi-colored lights. I was told my trailer does not actually have them. My shower head fell off due to terrible manufacturer design. They begrudgingly agreed to reattach that as a "favor" to me - not because my warranty covers anything useful. I scheduled a pickup date, supposedly to make sure my trailer wasn't "buried" in the lot. Unsurprisingly, it took a while for them to move a bunch of trailers to access mine. They are terrible.

Taylor was one of the best sales people I've ever encountered in buying a vehicle. Bill, the service manager, who delivered the vehicle to us, was wonderful, and worked with us and spend time showing us things and has helped us along the way, every time we've called with a problem. I cannot say enough about how great this company is and the people that work there are. Would totally go to them again to purchase another RV and recommend them to everybody!!

They did and it is what we wanted. It was late and they were close to close time but they showed us the unit and we decided to buy. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. Service is also great. Doug went out of his way to fix an issue before a planned trip. Well I guess i should have read the reviews before taking my vehicle there, as others have said…read morethese guys are rip off con artists and they indeed are. I was verbally phone quoted 2 hours or so to have a used braking system installed in my toad a 1986 suzuki samurai, she said 400 to 450.00 since it was used....Well i get a phone call and asked if I want to continue with the installation I`m a bit perplexed by the call as I was under the impression that wiring in the toads rear tail lights were all part of the installation but that was not the case, they charged me 750.00 not the 400-450.00 discussed on the phone, and for 750.00 they just placed the vacuum unit on the floor behind the rear seat ran a vacuum hose to the brake booster, ran and mounted the operating cylinder to the brake pedal and hooked up power to the unit...wires and hoses just laying on top of carpet...Piss poor work to say the least and maybe 1 hour worth of work...To hook up the toads rear lights would have been in total over 1000.00...DO NOT under any circumstances take your vehicle to these rip offs....This just so wrong on so many levels i just cannot grasp the level of flat out lying going on there...SMH

Went in to just "look" for a dump trailer but we all know how that turns out. Wade offered to show…read moreus their options. We didn't need anything fancy as we are just using it for personal use, so he showed us the affordable options, didn't immediately take us to the most expensive one that was on the lot. Of course my husband wanted the fanciest one on the lot but I talked him out of it (haha). Wade gave us the prices, and we decided to just do it. The process to finance was quick and easy. The next day we came back and picked it up. Fast forward a few hours we get home and I get the bright idea to get in it and the husband can raise it so I slide down just because I can. That's when we notice half of the hydraulic fluid supposed to be in the tank was all over the inside of the box. We clean it up, let it sit for an hour or so and more had leaked out. Keep in mind this is a brand new trailer, this shouldn't be happening. Monday morning I call and speak to Sean who asked me to send pictures so they could start the warranty claim through Five Star (the manufacturer). So I did. Fast forward to the next Saturday we take the trailer to them so it can be fixed thinking they can just fix it and then handle it with Five Star afterwards. Also knowing that we would probably have to leave it there depending on what the problem was. Wade was at the counter and I told him the issue and he explained what it might have been but he would take a look at it. Jacob, one of the service guys, happened to come into the office and immediately said "I submitted the claim, we'll have to wait until they respond". I get it, but at the same time it's brand spanking new, and it's kind of ridiculous that not knowing what the issue is, we have a $7k trailer we can't even use. Wade was quick to say, "no, let's go take a look, it could be something simple and just fix it". Luckily, it appeared to just be a bad o-ring on one of the connections and Jacob fixed it there on the spot and refilled the hydraulic fluid for us. I would totally understand if it was a bad motor or something that would need to be replaced and having to do the warranty claim. Even if I was frustrated with the situation, I would understand. What this long winded review is trying to say is... I understand that there's a procedure to follow, but sometimes it's a quick fix and I appreciate Wade for pushing to at least look at it and if it's an easy fix, to fix it without having to wait for the warranty process. Because I think it would be utterly frustrating if we waited a couple weeks just to find out it was a simple o-ring. This review wouldn't have been so nice. So, thank you Wade! And thank you Jacob for just taking care of it, and fixing it on the spot! Husband is a happy camper with his new toy :)
