Thankfully, South Lake Towing is none of those. I called and a polite person answered and treated me like a customer, not a waste of his time. We discussed what I needed and he promptly sent me an ACTUAL invoice with the contract agreement, tow truck drivers name, etc through a secure portal where I was able to view, approve, and pay for the service. I was quoted an hour and a half to get a flat bed from South Lake to Incline. The person who showed up was respectful, polite, cleanly dressed, and was operating a truck in the same condition. I asked for an update when my vehicle arrived at its destination and received one! Overall I was very impressed with this company. I had called several others today who were either disrespectful, sketchy, or would not take a tow from the North Shore to the South Shore. Since Tesla doesn't come with spare tires and no tire shops were open at the time, I thought my plans were ruined. Luckily, I called United Towing Placerville, and AJ the dispatcher was incredibly helpful. It turns out I was close to their yard, and they were able to tow my car there, fix the flat, and get me back on the road in no time.
