DO NOT HIRE!! Took our money, Terrible communication skills, And will not refund our deposit…read more We hired to do a move in. Originally we wanted to move in at 10am as we have a few other things scheduled however, they wanted to come at 8am so we rescheduled our day around them. We even paid a deposit. 8am came and went... 9am came and went. After multiple attempts to reach out we did not receive a response, we even told them if we did not hear back we would need to hire someone else. At almost 10am is when they FINALLY messaged back saying they were there. We let them know we hired another crew because we did not hear back. NOW THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING OUR DEPOSIT . If we can get our refund back I would consider changing my review since that would be the ONLY considerate thing they did as a company. As for now... BEWARE! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHOW UP TO DO THE WORK

It was horrible...i just moved to Alabama from California, not knowing anyone to help me unpack I…read morehired this company. We set in a date and time of Oct 5 at 10am. He responded back and asked if his crew could start at 8am i told him that was even better. He requested that i pay a $150 deposit and i sent it over right away. I messaged him at 7am to make sure they were still coming no response. Messaged him again at 8:30 saying if i don't get a response that i would be hiring another crew and requesting my deposit back still no response. 9am came so i hired another crew, he finally responded at 9:50 saying his guys were almost here i let him know that i hired another crew because there was no communication and i would like my deposit back. He began to ignore my messages and NEVER sent the $150 deposit back. I am in the Air Force and been in for 19 years i work hard for my money and it sucks to be taken advantage of especially because i make sacrifices to defend the nations freedom.....DONT HIRE....DONT HIRE

Coleman Worldwide Moving - Household items just thrown in truck?

Coleman Worldwide Moving

Avoid Coleman Worldwide Moving -- Paid for Full Coverage, Got a Fraction Back…read more I hired Coleman Worldwide Moving (an Allied Van Lines agent) to deliver my belongings from their Montgomery, AL storage facility--where I stored items for 8 years--to my home in North Carolina in December 2024. I paid for Full Replacement Value (FRV) coverage up to $60,000 to protect against loss or damage. When the items arrived, several were damaged or missing--items that were in good condition when stored. I reported the issue right away and followed their claim process exactly. It took nearly four months just to get a claims adjuster. The claims handler (Eagle Claims Services) offered me $6,359. I responded promptly that I was gathering final estimates. Two days later, they declared their offer "final" before reviewing anything. I still submitted full documentation: third-party estimates totaling $12,750. Their "revised" offer? Just $6,989--less than 55% of the actual loss and only 11% of the FRV coverage I paid for. Coleman then claimed the damage happened in storage, so the policy didn't apply. They referenced "inventory exception sheets" allegedly completed during loading--but I was never shown these or given a chance to contest them. I contacted Coleman staff directly for answers. No one responded to basic questions. I was told to deal only with the claims handler--even though these same staff were involved in storing and loading my shipment. In the end, I did everything required: reported the damage, followed their process, provided real estimates. They dodged accountability and shortchanged me. Be cautious if you're considering Coleman. Paying for coverage doesn't mean you'll get what you're owed if something goes wrong--and the process of trying to fix it may leave you with more stress and less money than you expected.

Buyer Beware!! Unprofessional, unethical, and company wont stand behind their service or lack…read morethereof! Terrible packing, many missing/stolen items, broken furniture. Go somewhere else for moving services. Dont let this be you or you will be you!
