Then what's the point of taking an inventory of what items we have? What's the point doing that if you don't plan to send additional movers? Aside from that, if I hadn't gone out of my way to protect my stuff from getting dented, scratched, or scuffed, it would most likely have gotten destroyed during the move. It's also really irritating that our desk chairs were damaged because for some reason they decided to roll them on the sidewalk instead of picking them up. The move wasn't even a long distance, they didn't have to carry anything except furniture and maybe 10 boxes. It wasn't even a big move, it was 15 minutes across town. We were booked for 5 hours, they charged us for 6 hours, which of course it took this long without the appropriate amount of movers. Realistically, this move should've taken a maximum of 3-4 hours with the appropriate resources. If you're looking for a moving company, look somewhere else. This is an overpriced criminal business operating as a moving service.

He also called me about two hours ahead of the scheduled time and told me they were on the way because he didn't want his workers standing around on his watch doing nothing. I am assuming he wanted them to be standing around on our time doing nothing instead... We were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED WITH THE WAY OUR BELONGINGS WERE DAMAGED AND HOW RUDELY WE WERE TREATED AND BLATANTLY IGNORED when we brought it to the owners attention WITH photo evidence of some of the damages. He responded back and asked if his crew could start at 8am i told him that was even better. He requested that i pay a $150 deposit and i sent it over right away. I messaged him at 7am to make sure they were still coming no response. Messaged him again at 8:30 saying if i don't get a response that i would be hiring another crew and requesting my deposit back still no response. 9am came so i hired another crew, he finally responded at 9:50 saying his guys were almost here i let him know that i hired another crew because there was no communication and i would like my deposit back. He began to ignore my messages and NEVER sent the $150 deposit back. I am in the Air Force and been in for 19 years i work hard for my money and it sucks to be taken advantage of especially because i make sacrifices to defend the nations freedom.....DONT HIRE....DONT HIRE
