I had just purchased brand-new tires at Costco, and the mechanic who installed them told me that my car only needed an alignment. The next day, I went to Fast Tire & Auto Repair because it was conveniently located nearby. As soon as I explained that I had just purchased new tires and only needed an alignment, the person at the front desk told me that their mechanic would inspect the car first to make sure nothing else needed to be repaired. A few minutes later, I was told that my car needed numerous repairs, including all four suspensions, at a cost of approximately $2,250. I was surprised because my car had not been making any unusual noises or shaking while driving. I was also told that I could purchase the parts myself to make the repair cheaper, or that I could repair the front suspension first and the rear later. Something about the situation did not feel right to me, so I declined the repairs. Unfortunately, after they returned my car, I immediately noticed a significant noise and shaking that had not been there before. I took the car to my longtime mechanic, who inspected it and determined that two suspension components were actually broken and needed to be replaced--not all four as Fast Tire had told me. I understand that my car is older and that suspension components can wear out or break. What concerns me is the timing: I had no noise or shaking before the visit, and the problems appeared immediately afterward. I cannot say what caused the damage, and I don't want to make an accusation without proof. However, based on my experience, I left this shop feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before authorizing expensive repairs here.

I ordered a tire on Thursday morning, and they promptly called me Thursday afternoon to let me know it had arrived. I told them I'd be coming in Saturday morning, and they advised me to come as early as possible to avoid long wait times. I was even reminded to check for my wheel lock key before I leave the parking lot which I really appreciated. They always provide great customer service and handle everything in a timely and professional manner. I took my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Chad & Dad LLC after I was involved in an accident last year…read more They had my vehicle for almost 3 months, did a terrible job and absolutely ripped me off. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed that the front bumper looked warped at the bottom. Chad told me it came like that but I could bring it back and they would try to fix it by heating it up and reforming it. Since I was without my vehicle for so long, I just took the Jeep and told him I'd bring it back at my convenience. After a few months, the front end started to literally come apart. Nothing fit right and the entire front of the vehicle looked deformed. I then took it to two different auto body shops who gave me the same diagnosis. Instead of replacing all the damaged parts as per the Estimate, Chad & Dad glued, welded, and reformed $4,000 worth of parts and pocketed the money without ever telling me. I took the Estimate back to Chad showing him the $4K worth of parts that Napleton's Auto Body and Prestige Auto Body highlighted and said were never replaced. Chad admitted he did this to save him money and told me that he would not replace the parts but would try to fix the issues. I told him it made no sense to bring my Jeep back to him so he could do the same thing he already did (repair parts that I paid to have replaced). Gluing, welding, and screwing parts together resulted in the front end coming apart again. Nothing fits correctly and this has greatly diminished the value of my vehicle. Don't trust these guys, they talk a good game but they are thieves and they don't stand behind their work.
