I'll start this by saying that I always try to take my car to a "Brand Name" company for protection on my ride in case anything happens, right?!.. Well, the fact is that when I brought my car to "said company" (Firestone Lake Worth) I handed the guy 2 coupons I conveniently printed online. 1) $19.99 Oil Change (i'm not rich and my 2001 Nissan isn't fancy) and 2) for a $9.99 A/C Performance check. Oil change for obvious reasons and A/C check due to coolness cutoff during HOT afternoons only, it's Summer in Florida and need I say more... The serviceman hands me an invoice for $80+ for the same services but without the discounted price?!... (1st Red Flag) After a few moments of helping the guy read the coupons and explain a few times the services I was requesting, the invoice was corrected and I paid $30 +tax.. I left my car and after coming back from the Gym (1 1/2 hours later mind you..) my car was still lifted up in the bay (oil change not even completed) and the serviceman up front came at me with a $1,200+ estimate to more or less replace the entire A/C System (compressor, drier filter, etc...). That was 2nd Red Flag & the last straw. In a time where I thought this "high-jacking" was going to occur no matter where I went I searched the internet for Mechanics in Boynton Beach and AAA Mobile Mechanic was at the Top. After seeing the OUTSTANDING Reviews from Happy Customers I thought I'd give it a try so I called Jeremy. Not only did he come out to me at my business (while I worked too) but also the very same day within an hour or so!! When he and his associate John showed up they were prompt at getting started in diagnosing the "real issues" at hand. Not only were they both really friendly but also they were very informative as to what was still working properly and what was in need of replacement and/or updated (NOTHING that was stated by Firestone..). They listened to what needed to be done and did it without worry that I may have to "dip" into the savings just to get the problem fixed. I really appreciated them both for helping me get back on the road with ice cold A/C and would recommend them to do service on any of my family's vehicles!! In ALL, I am a very satisfied customer and would like to personally thank Jeremy and John for their EXCELLENT JOB and level of professionalism!! I used AAA's service today and I was really impressed. I called yesterday because my car door wasn't opening from the inside. We set up an appointment and Jeremy called when he said he would, showed up on time (actually a bit early), they got started on my car right away and it was fixed in no time. I expected that they would tell me they'd have to order a part and come back or something like that, so I was grateful and surprised when it was done with no hassle and no attempt to try to sell me any other service or part. Before I made an appointment with them, I had called around and was quoted between $175 and $200 for a job like this. AAA had it done in a fraction of the time for $160. They also give a 1 year warranty on all parts and labor. Jeremy also gave me great and knowledgeable advice about selling my car which was much appreciated. o.k. i had a starter installed 9/15/16 no problem great work ,fair price 45 minutes.Forward to 12/23/16 went to start the car Nothing! It started to act strange the day before making clicking noise so i cleaned terminals when i got home figuring that was it but no! i called Jeremy and explained my car was broke down and had the starter installed by his mech. back in sept. and i was still under warranty..well make a long story short it was fri.2 days before christmas and they where shutting down for the weekend! I said please Jeremy help me and he came through for me!! Sent his friendly mech.John who diagnosed the problem pronto..loose connecting wire to starter.Fixed it just like ! And honored warranty! I had a flat tire coming off of 95 in Boynton Beach I'm a student at Florida Atlantic University but I'm not very familiar with the surrounding area. Additionally the lug nuts on my tires we're far tighter I could ever take off. I had a few places to be and did not know anyone in the area who could help me out. I found these guys on Google and I called this company and they told me they would have someone out in 45 minutes. They arrived exactly on time and very quickly and efficiently changed my tire and jumped my car. Their technician was very friendly and made the process extremely hassle-free. May 14, 2015, I called this company for an electrical problem that was preventing my van from starting. Jeremy gave me an appointment for noon yet much to my surprise, he was at my home 10-15 minutes early! He found the problem was caused by the old alarm system in it, removed it, and my van has been working great every since. His fee for the repair was very fair and reasonable as well. I was very impressed with Jeremy's professionalism, ability to find and fix the problem and not only will I be calling him for any future repairs, I will recommend him to other people needing someone to come out to their house to repair their vehicle too! read more

This is the second time I've had to call upon these awesome guys, and they are just that...awesome! They are honest, efficient and have always worked with me by letting me know what the priority repairs are. I like that they show me exactly where the problems are, explain what each part does I have a 97 Honda Accord, so she's bound to need some work. I love the convenience of being at my home while they work (as opposed to trying to coordinate a ride or sitting in a dirty service station waiting to be ripped off). While replacing the CTS and thermostat, he noted that I had a cracked axle. Great... I needed to be on the road the next day, and this was an unexpected repair for both of us. No worries! These guys are AWSOME. First they are MOBILE, they will come to you. I spoke with Jeremy at 4:45 on a FRIDAY and John got the part and came to my place by 6 after getting the part from the dealer. We drove from our home in Chicago to Lantana for spring break vacation. During our visit I noticed oil on the driveway which came from my car. I'm not familiar with mechanics in this area and called AAA Mobile Mechanic. Lucky I did.
