I called and immediately got someone who took down her location and info and sent a guy out. He said it would be 30 minutes but it was quicker than that! They got to her and got her safely back into her vehicle so she could be on her way. All within a total of 40 minutes. Very happy with them and recommend them if you are in the Fayetteville, AR area and need a tow or unlocking service!

He finishes and I tell him I need to run inside and grab my wallet. I get back and he's sitting in his car so I walk up to the door and he rolls down the window and just stares at me. So I say can I pay or what. And he says cash only. Would've been nice to know when I called. I tell him I didn't know that and he says I'm going to have to go to an atm. So I asked if he'd wait and he says he'll follow me. Not sketchy at all, nope. So we get there, he waits in front of the car while I withdraw, I drive up to his car, pay, and get my change. I guess you get what you pay for. I paid for affordable/quick service from people who act like they'd rather die than do their jobs.
