This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. They have treated us TERRIBLE. They sold us a total POS…read moretruck. Within 6 months it needed a new engine which we had purchased the extended warranty so it should have been covered. They charged us $1K in extra parts without discussing with us first. Not even a couple of months later the truck wasn't running..... well..... they didn't put it back together correctly causing more issues which they are unwilling to cover. Their lack of work ethic, accountability and customer service is horrible. PLEASE DO NOT buy anything from them EVER.

An give me a "sweet deal" $1000 down with a wonderful apr that doubled to 12.9% ouch!! I decided to follow through with my lender. Friday 2-2-18 my bank submitted the price for approval. Saturday 2-3-18 Tim Ellis and I came to an agreement on the car. I notified him the papers have been submitted the day before, what the bank needs from them, and look to close on Monday 2-5-18 and would have made the 100 mile drive by Tuesday 2-6-18 to obtain the vehicle. This morning I proceed with the closing process. I notify Tim Ellis of the good news. Much to my dismay... Tim informs me he and his boss will be selling it to the "dent guy." "They came to an agreement on Saturday. " yes the very same saturday Tim and I came to our agreement. Mr. "dent guy" must have fallen for the buy here pay here tactics of Blake and Tim. They even tried to tell me I had no credit popping up, after I had already sat down with my bank and was told exactly what my score was and why. Unless you want to completely be taken advantage of, preyed upon, and bullied into the "awesome" financing and manipulation of Tim Ellis and Blake of B&B auto sales of Fayetteville. I highly implore you to run to any other dealer. An yes the car is still even listed

I definitely recommend JD Byrider!! This is our second vehicle through them and they have yet to disappoint us!! We've been doing business with them since 2019!! Rachelle is very polite and respectful, and made sure my husband understood every single thing in the contract!! If you need a reliable vehicle, and want friendly staff, who are family orientated people, COME TO JD BYRIDER!!! Also, Robert has gone above and beyond, making sure us and our 3 kids were taken care of and had everything we needed/wanted!!

JD byrider in Springdale is a complete joke. I bought my Mazda last year for almost 30,000$ since…read moregetting said vehicle I have had to 1. Replace my brake line that was leaking brake fluid everywhere causing my brakes to not work properly. 2. Changed every brake pad on the vehicle due to severe rust damage that was not told to me from the time of purchase. 3. Change the back rotors, calipers, as well as brakes due to the brake line eventually failing leaving me with a rotor that was so shaved off due to the caliper being seized open from the leak Having to replace the front ones as well. 4. Changed the shocks and struts on said vehicle due to rust, having to replace the Pittman arms as well as control arms. This is all due to the fact that Tito, and Leo did not once tell me anything about it and that it came from up north or that the cars underbody is completely deteriorated leaving me and my two daughters in a vehicle that is not safe. This vehicle has such bad rust/salt damage and is not a safe vehicle for me and mine. They also if you get a vehicle through them, and are needing help pushing your payment out they will not help you and will hang up the phone on you if you say one cuss word. I said that one cuss word because I wasn't getting anywhere and was getting talked over by MJ at CNAC She also told me the bank wouldn't help unless it was an emergency which is it! I'm never late I'm always on time with payments I'm just needing help this one time! This company loves to say that they are reasonable and very helpful when in all reality they prey on individuals who are struggling and end up making them pay more for said vehicle when in a reality It is not worth what they say it is. They also told me that the bank can budget in your bills when how? No one told me that nor did they ask me anything about my bills. So another bold faced lie from MJ they will take your vehicle if you are even a day past due as well as constantly hound you over the phone. This company is a joke they don't help they just rake you over the coals and expect you to be happy with them and thats not how the world works. They were extremely rude to me over the phone. I not only live 3 1/2 hours away but anytime I need work done on my vehicle I'm expected to drop everything I'm doing figure out child care, take off time from work as well as use a rental for the time being if it takes them long to work on my vehicle and stay up in springdale. So that's gas money, room money, food money, & sometimes they don't even fix what is wrong with it because they have people who don't know what they are doing. This company is a joke and anyone else who gets a vehicle from them do a complete 360 of the vehicle and see if they "budget" in your bills for your payment. I've only had my car for a year and I've put out more money fixing it than I have enjoyed having it. I'll be posting photos later to show just how bad and dangerous this vehicle is and they are charging me over 600$ a month!

My salesman, Stephen, was great. I had been talking with him for 1-2 months prior to my cars…read morepurchase, test driving different cars and planning for my new Subaru. Unfortunately a car accident got me into a smaller Subaru than I was hoping to save up for, but I have thoroughly enjoyed my Impreza. Prior to my purchase I went to the auto park to check out another vehicle I was interested in, which had better gas mileage. Coming into Subaru several times, I was shocked at how gross the other dealership was. They were not as friendly or inviting, the salesmen and managers were very obnoxious and loud, and employees were not wearing masks. Subaru felt safe, comfortable, and clean. Everything I would hope for and I'm glad I had the experience I did. I got the warranty and will definitely be back for maintenance. I was a little irked at the lack of openness in regards to my car loan. I made it known to my salesman and the financer that I had never purchased a vehicle in Arkansas. While it was initially my fault for not researching the laws, I was SHOCKED to have to pay $1,900 to the state when I went to pick up my plates. This may be different by state, but I have purchased 4 other vehicles and the tax/title/license was rolled into the loan. That is not the case here, and in Arkansas you pay your taxes when you pick up your plates. While I felt ignorant at first, I have talked to 6 other people who were also unaware this was how far buying in Arkansas worked. I feel like both the salesman and the financer knew this fact and never made it known, especially considering I made it known I had never purchased a vehicle in Arkansas. I was also a little bummed that this dealership did not go above and beyond to welcome me to the Subaru family. That may be petty in a world where cars are flying off the shelf, but purchasing a brand new vehicle I was expecting something. It was a big purchase for me. My mom purchased a cheaper, used, Subaru from another Subaru dealership within driving distance and she was sent several swag items including a really nice backpack and water bottle. Meh, I just felt underwhelmed by the whole experience. Maybe I'm just a little more excited about Subaru than others, and I'll definitely be back to this dealership. Just wish my experience had been too notch and I didn't walk away feeling that way.

My Subaru broke down on the road and needed to be towed into the dealership. The first available diagnostic appointment was one week out. No loaners available until more than two weeks out from the time my car broke down. Once the car arrived at adventure Subaru for its appointment on a Wednesday at 2:45, it was not looked at until the following Monday. Then we got to play phone tag with a customer service rep named Trey for the next four days. I pray for Trey, may he never encounter a customer service representative as profoundly inadequate at their job as he is at his job at Adventure Subaru. I realize that this is not entirely his fault as he is following the protocols and examples of those who trained and manage him. Finally on day 8 of my car being at this facility with no loaner to drive, I insisted on speaking to Trey right then. Wouldn't you know it, he was suddenly able to talk and finally return my husband's phone calls and voicemails that had been left everyday that week. All to find out it would cost $9,000 to repair a car that is only worth $10,000. I never plan to buy another Subaru again because of my experience at Adventure Subaru.
