Called me the next day told me it was the radiator and its gonna cost $650+ so I assumed well if that what makes the noise sure,so I told them to go ahead and work on it.Same day about 4 or so hours later they called me and said car ready to pick up. I went in and paid the bill,now i was looking at my receip they charged me $254 for the radiator,$40 for coolant fluid, $400 for labor plus tax all together I spent $718 and change. Drove it home and put it on park,the same noise I is still there.so I called them back and them,why the rattling noise still,guess what they told me." oh it's the AC Compressor "!

An unreasonable charge for clean up I think. The made their money from the tow fee, bike was only impounded for over night. I understand the tow fee at a fixed price but not an unreasonable clean up fee.. total with tax was $283.97 for 18 hr hold..

I called 1st Response Towing & Rescue, as they had a good rating and were apparently quick and less expensive than others. I called and immediately got someone who took down her location and info and sent a guy out. He said it would be 30 minutes but it was quicker than that! They got to her and got her safely back into her vehicle so she could be on her way. All within a total of 40 minutes. Very happy with them and recommend them if you are in the Fayetteville, AR area and need a tow or unlocking service!
