This is a message from DK from Monroeville.AL I really love RNR tire shop I think and I know they do a damn good job at what they do and what they have and they will give you a special deal if your not trynna be a asshole to them .It's about giving respect and earning it . Do not go to this crap overpriced place for tires and rims. I went here for my Jeep. And the guy made itb seem like he was giving me the best deal on tires and rims, he told me he can almost loose his job over this deal. So I went ahead and put in the order to have the work done. After a day I found out that Walmart had the same tires for 104.99 each/ buy 3 get 1. I called the store and they said they will not match price. I was fine with that but I wasn't fine with the up charge of $350 of each tire/rim... equaling to an UP charge of $1400. They took advantage of a military guy in uniform I guess because they assume I had it. MILITARY STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! The next day I cancel the order and ask for my money back. They charge restocking fee. But do not tell you this at time of purchase so watch out for these jerks! I talked to the manager and right away he was not forgiving or try to give me a better deal. He acted very unprofessional and childish. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone else to not go here. read more

** This information is in regards to service that was not provided correctly to my mother ** I went to RNR Tire Express, formerly known as Rent-N-Roll in PENSACOLA FLORIDA (Address: 7152 N Davis Highway, Pensacola Florida 32504). I contacted the store via phone (850-494-3178) and spoke to manager in regards to an issue with my vehicle. I went to RNR Tire Express due to having a screw in my back passenger tire. My husband and I sat there for over two hours for them to replace my tire due to it being under warranty. After RNR replaced my tire, I noticed the dashboard in my vehicle (which is a 2018 Dodge Charger) displayed a non-tire pressure reading on the back passenger tire. I went back to RNR for them to fix it, in which I was informed that my sensor in my tire was broken. The manager informed me that they had to order another sensor to replace the one that RNR BROKE !! RNR have attempted to order the sensor multiple times for my vehicle and each one was the incorrect one. I took my vehicle to the dealership, in which the dealership refused to fix it ONLY BECAUSE they said that the damage was done by RNR and that they would have to replace the sensor and resolve the issue because the matter was done by them. At this time, this was my THIRD TIME going back to RNR for them to resolve the issue, in which a manager stated that they needed a machine to sync/program the sensor back to the vehicle and the manager was completely unsure when it would arrive (stating it could be January or February) in which I found it to be odd as to how the manager could not come up with a date on the machine needed to sync the sensor in my tire. At this moment, I went back to the dealership and the dealership stated they can fix it however I would like for RNR Tire Express to PAY FOR SERVICE BEING DONE ON MY VEHICLE BECAUSE OF THEM !! Today, December 16th 2021, I called RNR a little after 9am and got a rude manager on the phone who dismissed my concern and hung up the phone while I was trying to get the matter resolved. Update: The fellas at RnR really read over this and have made strides in straightening out their workspace, their staff, and the way they do business. They worked with me and were nice enough to rewrite my contract, and removed some discrepancies. The shop got cleaned up, too, and I have noticed that the staff seems more trained and friendly. Good job, guys! Thanks for actually taking the time to CARE and listen to your customers. Donovan and his guys will help you out when you're in a pinch for tires. Just make sure to always read the fine print, and ask TONS of questions, if needed! Oh, and DON'T pay online. (This is even coming from the staff!). The software online is confused about customer balances and payments, and it's more of a headache than it's worth. Just call or physically walk in to the shop to make your payments. I promise, they won't bite. ;-) Oh, RnR....you aren't going to like this...but it's for your own good. I am reviewing the service(s) and people here. I'll leave my tire review to the actual tire site of the manufacturer. Firstly-your workers. While nice enough, holy COW do some of them need more training! I didn't really want to have to use you, RnR, but sometimes desperate times call for desperate measures. I had tons of questions about your contract, and the young man who was assisting me (I think the kid's name is Jordan? Jason? IDK) really didn't know arbitration from a hole in the wall. He was clearly an 18-20something kid that was more interested in the discount rims he could purchase with his employee discount for his "sweet sweet ride" than he was learning all aspects of the front counter. Thank goodness there was another, older 20-something there who knew more. Really, the older one should've just handled everything, because young guy literally didn't know jack. Secondly-your shop. From listening to the screaming and cursing of the shop guy that day, it would appear your tire/rim machine is on the fritz more often than not. He managed to get it working the day I was there, however, I had an issue not even 2 weeks after buying my tires, and lo and behold, the machine was down again. So I asked if there was a partner shop out in town that could assist. I was referred to a local shop, but they were only allowed to do part of the work. Actually putting the tire back onto the rim would HAVE to be done by RnR, but they were waiting on a part for said crapped-out machine. Waiting a few days on you guys to fix your stuff without having a backup shop to help is rather stupid, RnR. Considering you're the ONLY RnR in about a 100-mile radius, that is EXTREMELY inconvenient. Especially since you're located waaaaaay across town from my home and job. To add onto your shop, your "Guest waiting area" is a freakin joke. The first time I came here and had to wait, it was COVERED in bent up, marked on business cards like someone had used them for their 3-year old to color on. Out of sheer boredom, I sat there and organized all of the business cards into their correct names and tossed the ones that had been colored on or bent up. Call me OCD, but I couldn't stand it. There is no TV, 1 vending machine that half-ass works, the floor and table are dirty and there are only 2 chairs. Plus the wait area is extremely small. The bathrooms are located IN the work area, meaning customers have to walk THROUGH the work area-which could turn into a huge liability issue if someone got hurt. Don't let me forget that covering the walls of the shop to the bathrooms are posters of rims with naked/nearly naked chicks on them. Real nice. There are no baby-changing areas in the bathroom, and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom either. Luckily, there WERE paper towels. Lastly, the check-out procedure. The young kid, who didn't know jack, couldn't figure out how to get the register and credit card machine to work. After fighting with your system, it took about 3 people to get it to work. I tried to use Apple Pay, since the credit card machine was wonky, but alas, they had issues with that too. I'm not very happy that I haven't even had the tires for 2 weeks, and one of them went flat, so you're "giving" me a new tire, yet you're just "adding it" to my contract!! That is not what I asked for! Also, WHY is one of your tire techs working in the shop, putting tires on, with his ARM IN A SLING?! General Manager-you need to take notice: Train your people, get (and keep!) your equipment fixed, move the bathrooms INSIDE, and clean up your waiting area. Hell....clean up your whole store! Your business model needs some work. And while I said I would have rather not used RnR at all, I had an emergency and needed tires right away. That is why you are getting 3 stars. At least you had the product and were able to put them on the same day. That is what is saving your butt! read more
