A month or so had gone by when I got under my vehicle for the first time and noticed major, deep scratches on the inside of one of the new wheels. There's NO WAY that I damaged it and I could only assume that since I had to return twice within the first month with 2 ISSUES already, ( Center cap screw was missing and a bad wheel balance ) I was betting they would say I was at fault. Funny thing is, I really like the wheels and there are 2 people that work the front counter who had excellent Customer Service skills but it doesn't change the fact that the new wheels shouldn't have been mounted in the first place. I spent about $1500 on tires, bought the warranty they said covers "everything." End of summer 2024 I was having issues with my tires, went back to Firestone, they said I voided my warranty by not rotating my tires with them every 3000 miles. What?! I'm almost 50, i have never had my tires rotated - ever - and not once had a problem. Could drive for 30k miles + on any other tires I've owned. Until those tires. They said I needed all 4 tires again. So I finally listened to my coworkers and went to A&J in RI and he hooked me up with 4 almost new tires for $400. The same price as ONE tire anywhere else. It's been about 3 months driving on them and they have been great! No slipping in the rain, controlled stops, no leaks, etc. Excellent service! I called one day to see what they had in stock and they were installed the next day while i waited. The only thing I would have done differently was to go to A & J the first tine.
