For those that are unaware, DPOR is an executive branch agency under the Secretary of Commerce and Trade here in Virginia that ensures that a vast array of professionals are qualified, licensed and operating within the boundaries set by the state. This company, Hollodon Construction, and its owner/operator/CEO, David Oseng, are not listed anywhere on this site. In sum, this means that the claim of being a licensed contractor are fraudulent. If you are entertaining the idea of contacting this business for contractual work, please go ahead and do a quick Google/Facebook search. You will find numerous posts calling this business out as a scam. Save your money, go with a real contractor.
