He was quiet, friendly, and experienced in troubleshooting appliances. The only thing that is keeping me from giving 5 stars is that he charged for 2 hours of work, including his 1 hour travel time. First, he did not complete the work he was hired to do and the great issue was his promise to fix a window that he further broke. He left my home telling me he would get back to me about the window, which he did not. I called him, emailed him all to no avail. I got no response after more than one week of trying. I write this review to warn people not to trust this person enough to hire him. Do not hire this man! My wife believes this review is not strong enough and would be even stronger in her condemnation.

These people are everything you could hope for to do small or medium size jobs around your house…read more Billy Woods has done whole-house construction in the past, now he prefers to do smaller jobs. But his experience has taught how things are done right, as opposed to something less. Their communication is excellent, their work is professional, and their prices are very reasonable. I had them knock out my 'to do list,' and everything was done perfectly and UNDER THE ESTIMATED COST, and there was no mess left behind. They are good people, and I can't imagine any more superlatives to describe them

From the beginning of the project to completion, from first meeting when with us to review our plans, provide cost estimates and give a proposed timeframe for the work, to the final walkthrough and sign off, Lydia and Vincent were professional, responsive, and always entirely pleasant. We were kept well-informed and communication was always prompt. The quality of the work was excellent and everything was completed in a timely manner. There were inevitably some changes and additions to the scope of work required by unexpected things, but in every case we were able to discuss with them what was involved, what the costs would be, and what the additional time would be. There were no expenses or charges incurred by us that we had not agreed to accept. We also very much appreciated and valued the advice and recommendations about various aspects of the project that we received from Lydia and Vincent--their expertise and good judgment were invariably helpful. This was not our first home remodeling project and we know such things are by nature complex, challenging, and all too often stressful. We count ourselves fortunate to have worked with Ingram Bay Homes on this occasion and we absolutely would be delighted to work with them again in the future. Frank and Houston Kelly
