From the start I was very impressed with Broad Creek. The owner Jimmy came out to do the initial estimate, which was by far the most reasonable. From the moment the contract was signed, to the completion of the job, I was more than satisfied with the experience! If there were any concerns or worries, they were quickly addressed. Between the owners, Jimmy and Michelle and their secretary Stephanie, the whole project went smoothly. The professionalism and care of the company and their staff made the experience free from the usual stress! The results were beautiful, and I would highly recommend this company.

Should Customers Accept Less - Jimmy sold us the sizzle and we were excited to get this going and…read morehopefully have it partially done before we had visitors flying in on 9/10/26. Eric (part owner) is the field supervisor and unfortunately here's where the problems start. 1- installed incorrect sliding door- We were upsold to a mid-level quality sliding door and when we looked once it was installed, we noticed it was the lower model door. At first Eric tried to say it was the correct door and thankfully the details of the door were in the contract. We said we would be willing to accept the door, since it was already installed, with the trade off of other small things that needed to be done. Fortunately for us it rained that night and the next morning we noticed water on the INSIDE track. We mentioned to Eric that we felt uncomfortable with this door and just wanted the original one we purchased. Correct door is still on order. I wonder if Eric ever read the contract? 2- Owner has ghosted us- Eric at first was responsive but it seems he changed the more we started telling him about the problems with the install. It almost makes us feel that we're in the wrong for pointing out the flaws in the workmanship. It's very uncomfortable having to be the person that points out what is not acceptable. When we make our payments we don't expect them to accept "less" money so why should we accept less. My wife texted him Monday morning 9/28/26 with other issues that have come up; sewer smell coming from underneath the sink and us getting together regarding some of the cabinets because they forgot about a bulkhead which impeded the install of the original design and now things need to be redone. Again, not our fault but we sure get treated like it is. As of this post he has not responded to this text. 3- workmanship for painting and drywall- I've had to point out numerous locations where their drywall work needs to be touched up and paint that runs into other color paint, but now there are spots on the wall where the touch ups have been done. Again not our fault but such a headache. I wonder if they don't see these issues when they're initially doing the work or they think, it's good enough. 4- Take pictures, if you're keeping your appliances take pictures before they show up. When they install the new cabinets and vanities, etc take pictures. We installed a new 800-dollar vanity in our downstairs bathroom and I was in there with Eric when he was making the plumbing connections. I looked the vanity over and noticed it was fine. A day or two later they worked in the bathroom and they nicked the vanity door. Now there's a white nick on the new blue vanity. 5- Eric has told my wife that he would bring us tile samples for the backsplash, never came through. We had to make an appointment with Jimmy and go to his showroom. At this point we almost feel defeated and we are convincing ourselves to accept less just to make this go away. Good luck if you decide to go with this company. We've already been asked by family members if they should use Broad Creek. My response is, if you were my enemy I'd still convince you out of it. 6- Well, at a minimum they still have backsplash, sliding door, cabinet area where the bulkhead is located, sewer smell, trim around island and punch list items to finish up. This means they'll be working around finished cabinets, walls, floors, etc. I will provide an updated once it's all complete. Wish us luck.

First off the woman who answered the call was not very friendly, seem to irrated she had to answer the phone. Her tone bordered on rude and she was irrated that she could not hear me well. I let that go and proceeded to have to YELL my inquiry at her. I wanted an esitmate and to talk to someone regarding my options for a gutter replacement at my rental property. She took my number and insisted on my billing address but I stated very clearly my billing address was not for the property I wanted the estimate on to which she rudely said I need a billing address! I gave both addresses and my contact number. She said I forget the guy's name would contact me shortly about coming out. I never heard a word from anyone and then to my suprise on 9/24 I got an estimate from BG Siding. They didn't even 1. tell me they were coming 2. ask what I wanted and 3. tell me that they had been on my property. Of course the estimate is very vauge and I know they don't know what I wanted done so how the heck to they give me an estimate and by the way it was not that fairly priced either. I say go another route. Find a company that cares about potential customers and the service they provide. Too bad too because my dad really liked them and they do all his rental properties. I'll be sure that is a in the past deal for certain. Bye Felicia!!

My father had been considering putting new siding on his house and had visited with several…read morecontractors to get estimates. For whatever reason, he did not choose Bob Green. Today, our family received an email from Eddie Green inquiring as to the status of our siding. We told him we had gone a different direction. The email said, verbatim "Yeah, I figured that when I drove past your house and saw the crew there." This is borderline harassment and stalking behavior. He then directly insulted my fathers intelligence and made some disparaging remarks about his character. The mere fact that such an email was sent is absolutely unacceptable. If Mr Green had known that the job was completed, he sent the email out of spite and jealousy. Insulting a potential client is absolutely horrible business practice, and completely childish. This review is not exaggerated or embellished in any way. I urge you to avoid Bob Green siding
