I contacted this contract to paint 3 rooms in one of my rental properties. I met him at the property he was very prepared and he was very knowledgeable and personable. I felt comfortable enough with this gentleman to leave him at the property and gave him the key to the house because he said it would take 2 days since I wasn't able to met him at the property til around 4pm. The walls was a complete mess. The previous tenant had a teenager that had written on the walls in 1 of the rooms there was many holes where he had to fill or fix however that process is done. So I came the next evening and met him around 7pm. This guy did an amazing job and I was in a rush to get it done because I already had new renters ready to move in. I can not say a single word bad about this he gentlemen. I will continue to use him from now on and I feel comfortable enough to just leave a key for him at other properties that I have in the area when I need work done and do further business remotely. I would highly recommend Allen Glaze and his company Pros Choice Painting. We had a MAJOR repaint job that required quite a bit of expertise, as we had alot of wood and wood beams that needed to be repainted white. Allen and his team did a fantastic job. They were always on time and seemed genuinely concerned that they were doing a good job for us.
