We worked with Ingram Bay Homes for a complete kitchen remodel and were delighted with them…read morethroughout the whole process. From the beginning of the project to completion, from first meeting when with us to review our plans, provide cost estimates and give a proposed timeframe for the work, to the final walkthrough and sign off, Lydia and Vincent were professional, responsive, and always entirely pleasant. We were kept well-informed and communication was always prompt. The quality of the work was excellent and everything was completed in a timely manner. There were inevitably some changes and additions to the scope of work required by unexpected things, but in every case we were able to discuss with them what was involved, what the costs would be, and what the additional time would be. There were no expenses or charges incurred by us that we had not agreed to accept. We also very much appreciated and valued the advice and recommendations about various aspects of the project that we received from Lydia and Vincent--their expertise and good judgment were invariably helpful. This was not our first home remodeling project and we know such things are by nature complex, challenging, and all too often stressful. We count ourselves fortunate to have worked with Ingram Bay Homes on this occasion and we absolutely would be delighted to work with them again in the future. Frank and Houston Kelly

After our current home construction was completed we looked for assistance with cleaning. Because…read moreour location is remote this proved to be challenging. I found BluMop after an online search. Initially I was very hopeful, however after several attempts to communicate and then finally having a dialogue my enthusiasm began to fade. It was beyond painful to acquire an estimate for service and then the walk through was a series of insults and shocking remarks. I tried very hard to stay positive and thought that maybe it was a bad day or language barrier that I was experiencing from the BluMop manager. THEN came the first appointment, more insults and then after making it known that I wanted my marble islands cleaned only with cleaner I provided and that request was ignored everything just went south. The door to my kitchen was left open and the manger alerted me that they would not clean my house. He had insulted my home, and then myself when he inferred that I was not a desirable client. After he quit with no discussion, I told him to get out of my house. My advice is to avoid BluMop at all costs.
