JJ and his crew just finished renovating a new house we bought in North Beach. I can't say enough…read moregood things about this company. We had a wide variety of things that needed to be done -- from installing barn doors to patch and paint jobs to encapsulating the crawl space and replacing the deck to a total bathroom remodel and replacing the porch floor and rails. The work is not only solid, it was completed within the schedule set up front. Anything I questioned as the work was in progress -- primarily because I changed my mind about a few things as they were underway -- was resolved immediately. This company puts the customer first. JJ went above and beyond to stick to the price quoted -- there were no surprises -- and we paid exactly what was quoted up front. Given the range of work done, this was especially appreciated. But most importantly, it is beautiful quality work!

He built a perfect custom entryway bench and cabinets for my family in a little alcove that was a waste of space prior to him. The result is absolutely gorgeous. Evan is a true professional and he is really talented. I even installed wallpaper around it and it is my new happy place in my home! You won't regret hiring Evan!

We had a very disappointing experience with this company…read more We paid a $10,000 deposit to start building a garage. After receiving our deposit, the company significantly increased the price of the project to an amount we could no longer afford. We tried to discuss the situation in person at their office, hoping to find a solution, but instead we were treated disrespectfully. The owner raised his voice, yelled at us, and made the situation even more stressful. The document we signed was not a formal construction contract, yet we were left without our deposit and without the project moving forward. We filed a complaint with the Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC), but unfortunately we did not receive the help we expected. We also hired attorneys, which has only resulted in additional expenses while trying to resolve this matter. Our experience has been frustrating, financially draining, and extremely disappointing. I encourage anyone considering this company to carefully review all paperwork, make sure you have a detailed written contract, and fully understand the terms before paying a large deposit.

Excellent experience with ADCO. When we discovered the mold problem, it was so stressful wading…read morethrough the different recommendations from remediation companies. ADCO was unique, their proposed solution actually made sense - other companies proposed things that were too limited or way over-the-top - and ADCO patiently walked through our questions and doubts. The work they did was excellent, they were as clean as they could be, they protected our things, and, critically, they communicated with me as the homeowner. Every day started with a conversation or a text about what they were doing that day, and continued with updates throughout the day. I even got a text when they found a tiny snake in my crawl space! Lastly, ADCO stands by their work. There was a minor issue with something a subcontractor did in our attic, and at no charge to us ADCO sent out a team to remedy it. They even covered some minor resulting costs. I hope to never have a mold problem again, but I'll recommend ADCO to anyone I know who does.

Gene came to consider the job and quickly determined that he didn't feel HE would be happy with the results. He located a similar looking product and color matched it to both of our satisfaction. Gene sets a standard for nothing less than perfection and I highly recommend his services.
