After receiving our deposit, the company significantly increased the price of the project to an amount we could no longer afford. We tried to discuss the situation in person at their office, hoping to find a solution, but instead we were treated disrespectfully. The owner raised his voice, yelled at us, and made the situation even more stressful. The document we signed was not a formal construction contract, yet we were left without our deposit and without the project moving forward. We filed a complaint with the Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC), but unfortunately we did not receive the help we expected. We also hired attorneys, which has only resulted in additional expenses while trying to resolve this matter. Our experience has been frustrating, financially draining, and extremely disappointing. I encourage anyone considering this company to carefully review all paperwork, make sure you have a detailed written contract, and fully understand the terms before paying a large deposit.

He's thinking and strategizing about his jobs the day and night before. He's not in a rush and takes the time to do the job right the first time. I can't say that about most workers that I've had at the house. He also use to work for Pella doors and windows considered the best in their field. He's now on his own, arrives on time, returns phone calls, comes to the job prepared. Wish I had met him years ago. Can't go wrong with this guy.
