Thomas arrived in 7 minutes, assessed the situation and brought in one of his crew to start work. Before they could start, a roomful of personal items needed to be removed from the space that my aunt and I could not have handled on our own. He and his partner helped get that moved out quickly, but sensitively, before ripping out the carpeting and carpet padding, then setting up fans and humidifier. They worked so hard over several hours. Thomas visited everyday to check progress. We felt better for having them doing the work. Thomas' demeanor and thoughtfulness kept us calm and reassured, which felt as important as the work he and his partner did. A fellow Miami mom from a FB group posted about this company and highly recommended them, so I reached out. Edgar responded immediately and scheduled a FREE inspection for the following day. He came over with one of his team members and checked out my home. He gave me some new homeowner tips too which I super appreciate as a new homeowner! Being a remediation company, OTM wasn't able to test for mold in the rooms we suspected could be an issue. So he connected me to another company, MOLD ASSESSMENT SERVICES (check out my review for them too) that helped me out just as good! After results were in that there was in fact mold in these areas, OTM came back and serviced my home - while I was out of town! I have to mention that because the fact that I could trust someone with my new home while I was out of town is a BIG THING!! for me anyway! Not only did we have to remove mold and sanitize the entire home, we also had to replace the drywall and paint the ceiling AND get the air ducts and A/C unit cleaned - so much I know!!! I now had an attorney attempt to collect my funds as seen below. She called spoke to Idania who again refused and this time stated its because I left a bad review well I wouldn't have left any review if you would have refunded or done the job.
