I needed to replace my car window because someone broke it (apparently it is happening a lot around my area) I called and they told me to come next day during the morning, that they will have my window ready to be placed on my car. However, immediately after starting my car following the replacement, I received an "Auto Headlights Inoperative" warning -- the same issue another reviewer previously mentioned. I contacted Lazaro regarding the problem, and I was told it was likely just a coincidence, despite never having experienced this issue before the service. He said the the windshield had nothing to do with lights but on certain vehicles its in the rear view mirror called an LRSM(Light Rain Sensor Module) I believe that's something they should be aware of. A technician was sent back out, but the explanation I received was simply that "something must be wrong" and that it "should be a simple fix," without any real resolution or accountability. At that point, I decided to handle the issue myself and pay out of pocket, as I felt my concerns were no longer being taken seriously and the focus was more on closing the job than resolving the problem. I also sensed they couldn't fix it if they wanted to, they probably didn't know how so I wasn't going to waste my time with them anymore. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. If certain vehicles or sensor systems require specialized handling during windshield replacement, technicians should either be properly trained or transparent about any limitations beforehand.

Guy puts it in and breaks the part above, that covers cables. They keep the part, promise to order it and have it installed within a couple of days. One week, two weeks - nothing. Problem # 5: I call them, no response, call my insurance, they get their customer service, one countries to help. Another attempt on my part - nothing. Prob #6: my insurance intervened again. Nothing. Prob # 7:customer service tries and makes promises. Prob #8: they schedule a mobile service to bring the piece. Guy shows up today with a windshield. He calls and they tell him the part was never ordered. So, what do you think? Will get this to the Better Business Bureau!
