This location was closest to our home. Safelite didn't call us for 3 days, so I called them. It turned out that our insurance company gave them the wrong phone number for us and that's why we didn't hear from them. You would think Safelite would've called my insurance company to get the correct number, but they didn't. They did come out the next morning and did the reinstallation. The tech was nice and polite. I did want to say that we have not had any problems with the replacement windshield. Enough time and rain have gone by, and there have been no problems since. We would call them back if it happened again.

I hired this company to replace the rear liftgate glass on my Toyota Sienna. Just a few months after the installation, the glass unexpectedly shattered while the vehicle was simply parked in a covered parking garage! The vehicle was parked, nobody was touching it, and there had been no accidents or impacts. Yet the rear glass shattered for no apparent reason. This raises serious concerns about the quality of the glass and whether it was installed correctly. When I initially hired this company, they assured me that both the glass and the installation were covered by a warranty. However, when I contacted them to request a warranty replacement, the problems began. The employees answer the phone, but instead of properly addressing the issue and honoring their warranty, they seem to be doing everything possible to avoid replacing the defective glass at no cost. What is most frustrating is that this company promises a warranty before taking your money, but when something actually goes wrong, customers are left fighting to get those promises honored! I paid for quality glass and professional installation, expecting reliability and peace of mind. Instead, the rear glass shattered while my vehicle was parked, and the company has been reluctant to resolve the issue. I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of their service and their treatment of customers. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this company with their vehicles. A warranty should mean something in practice, not just be an empty promise used to get your business!

I recently had my windshield replaced due to a crack. The repair itself was completed quickly, and…read moreinitially I was satisfied with the service. However, immediately after starting my car following the replacement, I received an "Auto Headlights Inoperative" warning -- the same issue another reviewer previously mentioned. I contacted Lazaro regarding the problem, and I was told it was likely just a coincidence, despite never having experienced this issue before the service. He said the the windshield had nothing to do with lights but on certain vehicles its in the rear view mirror called an LRSM(Light Rain Sensor Module) I believe that's something they should be aware of. A technician was sent back out, but the explanation I received was simply that "something must be wrong" and that it "should be a simple fix," without any real resolution or accountability. At that point, I decided to handle the issue myself and pay out of pocket, as I felt my concerns were no longer being taken seriously and the focus was more on closing the job than resolving the problem. I also sensed they couldn't fix it if they wanted to, they probably didn't know how so I wasn't going to waste my time with them anymore. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. If certain vehicles or sensor systems require specialized handling during windshield replacement, technicians should either be properly trained or transparent about any limitations beforehand.
