Guy puts it in and breaks the part above, that covers cables. They keep the part, promise to order it and have it installed within a couple of days. One week, two weeks - nothing. Problem # 5: I call them, no response, call my insurance, they get their customer service, one countries to help. Another attempt on my part - nothing. Prob #6: my insurance intervened again. Nothing. Prob # 7:customer service tries and makes promises. Prob #8: they schedule a mobile service to bring the piece. Guy shows up today with a windshield.
