She redesigned the entire bathroom and it actually works out better for us. We needed a handicapped accessible bathroom and she was very conscious of making sure we were comfortable with every decision and action from beginning to end. Then we met with Eric, Brittany and Staci to go over everything from beginning to end. They all walked us through everything and how we could track daily updates. Through the process, they communicated constantly to make sure things were going good. Martin was also incredible every time he was here. He was also very conscious to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. We couldn't have asked for 4 better people to work with. Home Depot's deal was that since we ordered the cabinetry from them, we got a deal by using them to install it. After a couple of problems with Home Depot, they accepted our request to "fire" them and Crestone took an even bigger part of the job. They've done a lot of work in the Shorewood area and I've only heard positive things about them. We've since used them for a bathroom remodel, installing new windows, and redoing the master bedroom closet. They use quality people and work at a fairly good pace for a contractor.
