They worked around my schedule and didn't rush the job, taking an extra day due to some damage to the roof on my screened in porch, which I knew we'd run into due to the old skylights leaking. Shaun gave me multiple options regarding the repair which enabled me to determine how much I wanted to spend on the repairs without compromising the structural integrity of the finished job. Our window started leaking after the other contractor finished the siding project. When we tried to contact the other contractor, he would not return our many calls, texts, or emails. We tried to contact a couple other companies (including the company that originally installed our windows) for help, but no one wanted to get involved or would help us because they did not want to be liable for the other contractor's work. Shaun Murphy (owner of Murphy's Exterior Construction) just happened to be working on a project at our neighbor's house during this same time period. We asked him to come over to look at the work that was completed on our house and he immediately started pointing out significant issues with the way the siding was installed. He also immediately reassured us that he would help us and would complete any necessary repairs. Shaun had to come up with a unique way to fix our windows to prevent future damage, since the other contractor had done such a horrible job and had ruined all the trim around our windows. Shaun repaired all the issues with our house shortly thereafter, which avoided significant damage that would have happened to our house had these repairs not been completed. He is very reliable and does amazing work. He even agreed to help us when we told him that we may need him to testify on our behalf against the other contractor in a lawsuit. We called for an estimate and got one scheduled at our earliest convenience. The rep cam out to…read morethe house, took measurements and wrote us a variety of quotes. One with a tear off of the original roof, one with shingles right over the existing roof and estimates with and without our outbuilding. A complete description of the shingle products followed and we were allowed to keep some of the sample colors for a few days to make sure we chose the right one. The estimates were not the cheapest and not the most expensive, they were just right. We signed the contract and scheduled the work. The crew consisted of a few hard working, courteous men who cleaned up all the debris when they were done. The roof was done quickly and looked great. We even had a chimney inspection done after the new roof was put on and everything around the chimney was in perfect condition and sealed up properly, according to the inspector. I would highly recommend them. In fact, someone from my neighborhood hired them after our roof was done and so did a co-worker. Both had commented on the high level of professionalism and the great job that they did.

He stated I would have it via email in a few days. I called the office on August 5th looking for it, the office personal reply was " we will reach out to him and have it completed and sent within 48 hours". On Aug 9th I called the technical directly. Both times we confirmed my email address. NO estimate ever arrived! If you are not interested in the work just be honest and say so. Would not recommend based on the lack of follow through with a simple estimate.

Heiden was able to get it flowing in order to see the cause. The pipe from the basement to the connection in the street needed replacement. They were able to use an underground process that did not disturb any of the landscaping and fixed the problem. They were both efficient and kind. They cleaned up everything. Not inexpensive, but MMSD has a program for pipe issues that does assist with the cost but you do have to use approved contractors. Heiden happens to be one of those contractors. After using them, I know why they are approved. They helped us in an emergency situation and I would highly recommend them.
