The owner of RMO plumbing helped me over the phone with how to stop the water as I was new in Chicago (moving from the California Bay area) and had no clue how to shut off the valve. The next day, he prioritized our work although we were new. He came, he fixed, and used as many parts possible (from a new shower that we bought) so that we can have a new/newer bathroom. We had a gas leak that was found by Nicor and we were able to get an appointment the next morning with RMO Plumbing. Ralph came out to fix the gas leak in addition to leaks from our water heater.
